Worst Kept Secret at the Senior bowl (Panthers Interest in Pickett)

My fear with Pickett is that he's reached his peak and won't replicate his college success in the pros. -

I don't want a quarterback in the first round this year. I want an offensive lineman. -
Someone tricked him into causing them serious bodily harm?
-
Yeah, actually. I don't recall Kamara having any sort of trouble like this before.

Imagine going through a whole set of coaching interviews, being down to three finalists, then deciding you don't like any of them and going after somebody else instead. Ladies and gentlemen, the Houston Texans

Well I'd say in this case the "building" is up to Caserio. Smith just has to coach.

I don't really give a sh-t about arm strength as long as it's adequate. The job isn't to throw a football over a mountain. It's to throw it to a specific spot. Accuracy will always trump arm strength. -
Word is that Mike McDaniel is going to have Vic Fangio as his DC. It's okay though because we have Phil Snow

They've reportedly told Jonathan Gannon he's out of the race. Apparently down to Flores or McCown.

FYI... -
Definitely would like Buck. I'd have two questions, though... One, I recall hearing that his parting with the Panthers was somewhat less than amicable. Do those fences need to be mended or has a change in ownership made a difference? Two, perhaps more important, would he work with Matt Rhule? Not sure how Buck's temperament would sit with being under someone less qualified than him.

Yep. Oh well...

This Twitter is a good source for OL stuff.

Because not many teams bail on a first rounder, especially a top ten pick, after one year. Yeah it's happened, but it's not the norm.
-
Okay, I like this guy I don't know if we're gonna draft him (or even if we should) but I like him.

Reaching for a need, especially at quarterback, can set you back for years.

It sucks to think of that being the standard to go by, but I suppose it legitimately is.
