    Even if the story were completely true, would it actually be a crime? If not, a civil lawsuit would have been the only option. Can't say I'm familiar with Texas law and don't know if we have anyone on here who is.

    I actually agree that McClain is well tuned in to the Texans, but find it funny that back when he was saying Watson wouldn't be traded, I kept seeing people saying he had no credibility and knew nothing

    Text of the complaint would seem to indicate there are messages documenting communication between the parties. If he indeed texted and apology for his behavior and she has that message, that might not look good.
