Given where he was expected to go, I would guess every team that interested in him would be willing to guarantee the maximum amount that they can. The difference in the money offered is likely going to be relatively minimal no matter where he goes.

I have been a fan of this team since the beginning, even before the franchise was official. If you look at my history, you'll find me in strong opposition anytime someone suggests we try and acquire someone with a history of violence or a heavy risk of suspension. And with all that said, if La'El Collins is declared not to be a suspect, I will be as big an advocate as anyone else that we sign him.

They know it'd be pretty much impossible to fit 90 players under a cap (especially for some teams) so they don't make anyone try. Once the actual season starts, then everybody counts. That includes guys on the practice squad and injured reserve.

They generally list the guys who have agreed to terms. May or may not list tryout players. Since the team only signed 7 UDFA players, it would seem there are a few roster spots open for the tryout guys. Bonner has a tryout with the Redskins also, I believe.
