    Hell, their Assistant GM is Ed Dodds. There have been hints that Irsay is interfering in the process, but yeah sometimes guys just take a hard left turn. Mind you, if we were to learn in seasons to come that most of their success was really because of Frank Reich, I'd be pretty cool with that
