  1. No. I stayed through 15 years of Marty Hurney. I'm not leaving now.
  2. Can't buy in to that. Rodgers was a dick long before he even met her.
  3. Inconsiderate on their part, but Payton is a douche.
  4. Aaron Rodgers to Jordan Love... Boy, there's a transition!
  5. I watched it happen. That said, he doesn't pass. He flings.
  6. Draft intrigue... Rodgers...Te-bow... Good Lord, this day is insane. I'm mentally exhausted already and the Draft doesn't even start for three and a half hours.
  7. Rhule is kind of a control freak. Pretty tough to imagine that working.
  8. Probably worth noting that trading for big name free agents isn't really their typical MO.
  9. Rudolph is getting a one year extension, for what that's worth.
  10. Well, he's out of luck in Denver. They just got Teddy Bridgewater I can't cook for sh-t. Luckily, Lady Cowboy Fan is pretty good at it.
  11. To be fair, I'd say he's better than what we've got now. Still...
  12. Can't really see him in a Taysom Hill type role. Great athlete, but one of the worst passers I've ever seen. (I know someone will say that's basically Taysom Hill, but no)
  13. And of course, throw in that he's a colossal dick who'd want everything done his way and...yeah, screw that.
  14. Not ten to fifteen years worth. At least when we were discussing Watson, you were talking about a young, long-term solution. Granted that went to hell, but at least there was some logic to it. With Rodgers, you're talking about a rebuilding team giving up assets significant enough to make the rebuild a lot harder in exchange for a guy that's only going to be around for maybe five years if you're lucky. Not on board at all...
  15. Is there such thing as a triple entendre? (gonna regret asking that, aren't I?)
  16. Couple of things here... 1) History: Verge has correctly predicted things in the past. That includes stuff that wasn't common knowledge or already out there in the Twitterverse. 2) Corroboration: That tweet from Jonathan Jones just a few pages back? Yeah, Verge had that info hours ago (actually days ago if you wanna get technical). Is Verge always right? No, but show me someone who is. Even established insiders like Rapoport and Schefter wind up with wrong info because that's just the nature of the beast. Things happen that make teams change their minds. Sometimes nothing happens but a team changes their mind anyway. And of course, there's the steady flow of bullsh-t from teams trying to throw other teams off their trail. Bottom Line: As with anyone who has or claims to have inside sources, it's an individual choice whether to trust them or not. For others, do what you think best. Me? I choose to trust Verge.
  17. Jones does fit their system. Which, yes, also means he fits ours.
  18. Generic snark or equating Drew Lock with an STD? (I'm pretty sure it's the former but I had enough doubt to ask)
  19. Jonathan Jones replying to a Panthers fan...
