  1. I hope you aren't driving tonight.
  2. Yes. Yes that is bad. Here's one, I was talking poo with some of my buddies who are WTF fans and they were lamenting how bad Ron Rivera is(which I told them he wasn't going to work out and they didn't listen). So, I just proposed a straight up trade, Rivera for Matt Rhule. And I mean that. Give me every 2nd or 3rd year being a good team rather than this garbage. So, that's what this fuging ownership has reduced us to. Going back to the "glory" days of getting to claim to have a winning season every 2nd or 3rd year versus three straight years of 5 wins(tied for the lowest three year span win total in franchise history, winner of the lowest winning percentage total in a three year span in franchise history). Thanks Dave. You are really crushing this ownership thing.
  3. Considering that the scuttlebutt is that a coach that went 5-11 and now 5-12 is "safe" for next season, especially after all the clear signs of him not knowing what the fug he is doing.......we just happen to have a dumb as fug owner who can't admit he doesn't know what he is doing either. Remember, this is Mr. "Marty Hurney is a great evaluator of talent."
  4. Calm down, Matt. No reason to get upset. I get it. Sam is your boy and you have his back. Odd choice of worst QB in franchise history but it is what it is.
  5. I mean.....I didn't start out commending Darnold's "spectacular" play nor spend thread after thread lamenting how abhorrent booing him was. Like I said....pretty sure the bias is pretty obvious.
  6. Yet you have a handful of posters whining about the "disgrace" of booing in here. Probably the same fans that get upset if you stand up during a 3rd down to cheer or make noise because they wanted to sit there in silence watching the game.
  7. I mean....pretty sure it's not my biases showing. You can scroll back through this thread to see the play-by-play of your comments versus my comments. I only interjected because you made some idiotic and ill advised statement about "spectacular" Darnold play. That hasn't happened all season. There hasn't been a spectacular QB performance here since prime Cam, probably about 2017/2018. Some good ones and a whole shitload of mediocre and bad ones.
  8. Matt Rhule ruined the word "versatility" and offensive line for me. I have PTSD from that dipshit.
  9. Yeah, much like our coach, some of our players seemed to have picked up the habit of blaming everyone else for their failures. Erving, Anderson, etc. Quite the "culture" they are creating.
  10. The sad part is that it's you who is making this about Cam. The rest of us are just laughing at you for claiming Sam was anything but dreadful. But by all means, nut hug away, Matt.
  11. That dude has been banging porn stars and models all while taking home a big contract while underperforming. He's gonna be fine. Probably stings but I think he'll land on his feet. If he had some sack on him, it will provide double the motivation to prove him wrong and then bolt elsewhere.
  12. With another full offseason, I have faith Sam can lead us to a top 3 draft pick in 2023.
  13. These guys should know not to have a Twitter account or any social media account. Just a recipe for disaster.
  14. We HOPE it's a Rhule problem. If it is a Tepper problem....
  15. What was the argument for spectacular games about? Especially since technically Cam's first two games in 2021 he had a better QB rating. Were those also spectacular games? I got news for you, zero spectacular games have happened by Panthers QB's in 2021.
  16. If you had no bias, you would see how Darnold was missing open guys in those three games, as well. The only thing he wasn't doing was turning the ball over like gangbusters. He was better than now but that's a pretty low bar to hit. Sort of like the "Kyle Allen Baby GOAT" crowd when he had his little streak(with glaring issues while we were winning). Or the The Golden Calf of Bristol "WeLl He'S wInNiNg GaMeS!" guys. Some of this stuff is fairly obvious and the obvious issues were there for Darnold in his first three games, they just weren't as glaring. Finally, as for the "best performances of the last three seasons" by QB Rating, Darnold's BEST performance was 10th in the past three seasons and the third best this season. So....yeah.
  17. Philly would be dumb to do anything but stand pat. TBH, at this point I would rather just take a top OT and call it a day. The more cute we try to get with this crew of dipshits, the more they will probably cause a disaster.
  18. Listen, Erving is 1000% working out. People just can't see it but Matt Rhule can. It's like Bill Gates. He had to drop out of Harvard and work his garage for 10 years before he started Apple!
  19. But...but....but....I was told it was Brady's fault we couldn't run an effective offense.
  20. Or you could trade down to get six 3rd's and three 4th's. That's what we would do.
  21. The bad part about being delusional is that you don't see your own flaws. I suspect he doesn't actually know it. He really believes this poo.
  22. The biggest danger of keeping Rhule is his complete control. He is highly likely to either nuke the cap, trade picks like gangbusters or both. All in an attempt to save his job. Hence why you never want to have one guy in complete control. That means one guy can pilot the whole enterprise into a fuging iceberg at full steam, rather than just have a leaky compartment that needs repairs.
  23. If you get worse than Rhule, there is no hope anyway because that means we have a terrible owner. This may end up being the case but sticking with a head coach who his so obviously bad at his job is also another sign of a bad owner. The options are basically, 1. Fire Rhule and get a better coach. 2. Keep Rhule and stay bad. 3. Fire Rhule and get a worse coach. There is no fourth option for keeping Rhule and getting better. That is literally not gonna happen. Not to mention he has already broken that track record in the NFL because we went from bad to worse in year two. That never happened to him in college. There is no visible sign of improvement or progression. Quite the opposite.
