If you watched the games, you would have seen that the team out performed their talent level and expectations. you can also see how this organization is vastly different from those of the past by how quickly they cut bait with Teddy. he wasn't they guy, so they kicked him to the curb immediately. if Darnold struggles, he'll be out the door, too. so yes they have created a winning culture. it's not about making people feel good, it's about step up or go somewhere else.

i hope darnold gets some time. i’d hate to see him go into game 1 without any reps against another team. if you’re worried about him getting hurt in a pre-season game, how do you expect him to make it through 17 games?

he was using logic. with PJ we’re comparing similar situations, with Darnold we’re not you can’t compare apples to oranges. the last 3 years with the Jets is not the same as this year with the Panthers. it’s a different situation, and we’ll see how he and his play adapt.

the 1PM and 4:30PM games are the most interesting to me. we can see Fields and Wilson against a decent team.
