Latest CBS mock has Panthers picking Mac Jones at 8

One of the greatest field generals to ever take the field, was said to have a noodle arm, and was only a 3rd round pick. While I would prefer my qb to have a strong arm, if he is a leader of men, with a killer instinct, I can over look the arm. There have been MANY Superbowl winning examples of this. -

Just when I thought how clueless you really were, you post again, showing me and others that you're way more clueless than we even knew. -

If the Texans still have Watson after day 1 of the draft, then nobody will be aquire him this year. -

Glad to see they are willing to do what it takes to win. And yet fans complain. -
In the process of rebuilding the defense, not sure we could afford to get rid of two young starters, plus draft capitol that would enable us to replace them. My original opinion is still the same. While I would love to have Watson, I believe the.cost is to.much for our team at this point. I know whomever trades for Watson is going to give up a historical amount to aquire him.

Shows the value of a good QB. and fools think Watson's value is going to go down.

Stafford trade agreement might be in place before the Super Bowl

Wildly inconsistent and inaccurate QB ? Hope he isn't expecting anything promises. Not even a roster spot. -

I have no problems with what he said. Ya either want to be a pro, or go the fug home. -
We won't be able.to build anything around him, so fug yes, let's do this!

Hypothetically We Land Watson

It would be another patch work oline, and the team won't have a choice after crippling their salary, and giving away the draft picks needed to rebuild the line properly. -
The Lone Ranger: What to do with Matt Paradis?
pantherclaw replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
He played well this last season. With him the only returning starter currently on the oline, ya don't have much of a choice anyways.
