Retired defensive all pros, were praising the defenses effort and performance yesterday. Dak is one of the best currently playing. Pickens is elite. And we beat them. Perception is a hell of a thing.

What drives me crazy about Bryce, is the stupid mistakes. The first quarter, not just him, but our entire team played like ass. The 2 turnovers by Bryce hurts. It was one of his interceptions in a game last month, that made me not give a damn about him anymore. With that being said, he made some incredible throws yesterday, that we dont win the game without.

This receiving core is too dependant on a rookie receiver, and the passing attack can't be dynamic enough to matter. The offense remains easy to defend, when execution isn't perfect. The defense continues to get gash. I dont know what the answers are, but they aren't in sight.

This team has a rich history of great linebackers. Is a high standard to hold anybody to. Take the fact, that the NFL has been prioritizing other positions over linebacker, adds to this also. The fact that our drafts have been offensive heavy for awhile now, also adds to it. As a fan of great defenses, I am definitely not satisfied with the trend that has been happening. While Morgan is a retired linebacker, it's not like he hasn't had other priorities in the 2 years he's been in control. We also lost a good starter from last season, that we weren't expecting to lose. Not making excuses, just observation. At this point, it is what it is for this season, whether we like it or not.

I love watching the old games with Jake. He was the true leader of the offense, and players played better because hebwas on the field.

His stat line wasn't impressive but he had a big impact both on and off the field.

I wouldn't say they hate them. They just prefer their safeties to have size and strength, to not shy away from run defense support.

Defenses are playing us not to get beat deep. Which is hiw most defenses play. Dont want the playmaker to get behind them. Of course, every defense is different based on scheme and players. The offense has struggled to get going in general, so I really don't care where it's rated in yards per play. Just win, baby.

I get what yall, are saying it's his body of work. This is 1 game into this season. I simply can't sit here and bash Young, call him a bust, because we started this season with an embarrassment of an outing by our team.

Saying this game is a must win, is setting yourself up to be disappointed. First game of the season, on the road. Nothing about this game with how preseason has gone, says this is going to be an easy game. With that all being said, they do need to win this game.

I'm not upset at all for the compensation we got for AT. We did just ship off our vest pass catcher, and the vet we had in the room. I know many will dismiss a vets value to the youngsters, but I won't be hearing their weak arguments.
