    Just my opinion but we need to get great players not quantity. Sounds simple but we need to take BPA every round for a while. Talent sucks here. Oh and everything is just soft, too nice. We need a leader who can motivate these guys and crack some skulls so to speak. Not sing carols and be everybody’s friend

    Go back to the 4-3. Hire an NFL coach with some experience. For gods sake get a real GM thst knows what they are doing. Pick a QB very early. Get an entire new coaching staff and fire everyone

    I have given it up at this point. Keep Bryce for now but we have to go QB in the draft. Even if we need a ton more talent elsewhere. He just isn’t going to ever be a top QB.
