  1. I mean I am interested. I doubt BB is trade in to the top 10 interested for Mac Jones. I mean there was a reason Tom Brady was a 6th rounder. There were reasons BB passed on him 5 rounds in a row too. Brady is a unicorn. People always defy the odds. But the odds are the odds for a reason.
  2. yeah, I'm not buying that. Go watch that run. Nice run. Good angles. He wasn't running away from folks on that field...and it was James Madison athletes right with him not Bama.
  3. Well, then you let another team draft him too early IMO. This entire draft IMO just screams desperate teams doing desperate team things. Mac Jones, Trey Lance, etc are simply not top 15 NFL QBs IMO. You can't predict stuff and any player could prove you wrong....Trevor Lawrence could flop and the FL kid be the best in the draft. If we don't draft Fields or Wilson w/ that #8 pick then I am a pretty firm no on a QB.
  4. I'm still open to spending that #8 pick on BPA and kicking the tires on the likes of Sam Darnold. I think Darnald has potential to be better than one or two of the top 5 QBs in this draft. And you could probably get him for a 2nd or 3rd rounder.
  5. I agree w/ that. But I don't want either at 8. If we could land Mac Jones in the 2nd or more likely via a trade down in the first I would be cool with that.
  6. 2001's trio of Morgan, Jenkins, Smith defiantly tops it. Might be early to have that class jump 2007 at this early stage. Beason, Kalil, Charles Johnson, and Rosario Dawson. Might could make a case for 2002 as well. Peppers (the biggest HOF lock we have), Foster, Spoon, Wesley.
  7. Everyone is a top 5 or top 10 pick. Until they are sitting there with a camera on them and falling. I personally think the odds favor some of these QBs lasting longer than currently predicted. Lot of really good players in this draft early on. And every year proves a high percentage of these first round QBs.
  8. Running is like 50% of his game.....and he isn't Cam Newton or Lamar Jackson. That's the Lance problem. Running around vs weak competition and not actually being a dominant runner IMO.
  9. I don't think the Panthers draft Lance at 8. Lance requires more time than I think the Panthers are looking for in a QB. Plus, he requires a Lance built scheme. Which doesn't seem like what the Panthers want to do. I think Lance would make sense for a team like Atlanta. A team forced to start another QB and isn't looking to turn it over to a rookie any time soon.
  10. I don't think much has changed. I think the next time we see Wanda she is essentially using her amped up powers and knowledge to fix all her problems. Which will probably cause a bunch of new problems. Show seemed to allude pretty strongly to her going to "find" her kids. Plus, the whole white Vision flying around. Only part White Vision is now missing is the Mind Stone, right?
  11. I think the kid behind Zeke looked better last year. I think Zeke is about done.
  12. Yeah, Ryan is at the painful part of his deal. Ryan’s cap hit wasn’t bad the first couple years either. Mahomes and Dak will get to those years later. They will be worse than Ryan.
  13. I don't really like Ertz. But a 5th to upgrade over Ian? I could handle that. Given what our other receiving weapons are we probably don't need to over spend at TE though.
  14. yeah I think when looking at the upcoming season, I'd have Clemson #2. Watson and Trevor will both be super hyped starters. OU the top spot. NC State's guys are all backups, out of the league, or played their final college season elsewhere.
  15. lately? I think it is OU, then Clemson IMO. They will likely straight up own the most starting QBs in the NFL this upcoming season. Oregon, NC State, etc in the conversation but with qualifiers like played at other schools, semi-busted, etc.
  16. I think to some degree it hurt Wandavision that it was opening piece of phase 4. It wasn't intended to be such. Think it was suppose to be the 4th show/film of the phase. Probably cut both ways. Marvel starved fans got super hyped for it and also disappointed it didn't set up as much as we wanted.
  17. I wouldn't go that far. Mac at least looked good in college. Clausen always felt like some fake creation. He never looked up to the billing at any stage.
  18. I get we all do that, but in reality, other coaches and teams have nothing to do with new ones. Would be like saying you can't trust a Dabo/Clemson QB because a Tommy Bowden player never did squat in the NFL at QB. Justin Fields is the first QB at Ohio St that legitimately is only part of the Ryan Day Buckeye's. And Field's looks different than the Urban Meyer guys.
  19. 38 year old Super Bowl/Cardinal Warner might not of had a cannon. Greatest Show on Turf Warner most definitely did not have a Chad Pennington arm.
  20. Keep The Name. Burn The Cash. K T B T C flip it backwards swap the K for a C. All about the sound. C T B T C Clemson Talent Bound To Charlotte. it's happening.
  21. Maybe old man AZ Warner. Mac Jones arm is more Chad Pennington than Kurt Warner IMO.
  22. I loved it. Really well done. Really like how it dug into Wanda/Vision and set some things up for the movies. Falcon/Winter Solider is coming up I think March 19th. Really like that some of the lesser players in the movies are getting their characters fleshed out more. Wanda really sets up some interesting stuff. Is she on the path to being more an anti hero or villain? Her kids still existing in some world which I assume will be her fixation going forward. We got White Vision out there chilling.
