  1. Maybe. Honestly just playing Dalton can keep them out of the top 3 but then they have the BY issue/reality to deal with next year. No idea what these people will do but I doubt it will be better than a to 5 pick.
  2. It happens. I don't have any 'projecting hope' left in me and haven't since Rhule's 2nd year started.
  3. It looked like he was just concerned about the weigh in and not the reality of what he was really going to face. It jives with the preseason approach and thinking a rookie QB is fine if you don't establish the run or even use the more effecting RB after the first game.
  4. Sub average arm and physical talent. Not a good combo for a guy who has to make space to throw because he is little.
  5. It was always a case that doing anything other than water weight would hurt his value. Good agent and meh prospect. People still don't want to admit he is as limited as he clearly is on the field.
  6. People Keep comparing Bryce to people who are good but he looks like a Lance inverse. Same difference except one went to a playoff team with a good coach and the other went to a bottom dweller and a coach failing again. He absolutely skipped the explosive drills for a reason and it's the reason he can't Murray or Tua it on gameday.
  7. Tue has to stay healthy for the palyoffs to have any value. It's fun now for them but I wouldn't bet on him being available throughout a run to a SB. It's fine because they have a stud HC that finds and coaches up talent. He also came out with a lot more physical talent then Bryce. The more Bryce plays the more it's obvious why he didn't do squat at the combine. It's not Clausen bad but his inabilities make it too damn close so far. Start comparing Bryce to his peers. Hint, it's not the guys winning. Hell Baker looks like a better QB overall.
  8. Can you see it now? Frank isn't that much better and Bryce isn't looking close to average. It's still looking l ike a top 5 pick.
  9. There is zero reasons to get attracted to good peospects or projects. The GM is a poo roster builder and drafter and the owner wanted a franchise QB but he didn't know just drafting high and calling them that doesn't make them that. With different people we could have done many things but it's just not what went down here.
  10. Young got to the NFL and realized it wasn't school ball any more. He plays scared and the easy windows in the pocket dried up. He has a brain that can read coverages and a body that makes it incredibly hard to use any of that brain. He even has trouble pulling a Murray because he isn't athletic enough. Sitting him with healthy is about the funniest take. Like 'he is basically a rookie' and 'he always turns it around in year 3' funny. What untapped potential is he going to discover? Another growth spurt or a better arm? Just lol.
  11. Untill he doesn't. I'm over fighting with fans about how they fan. Cope how you will. I don't have any will to argue about what fans wish was true. Fritz should have left with Rhule, Frank is a hasbeen who was way overvalued while undervaluing his negatives and Tepper only hires failures so far so I have zero hope that will change until it does.
  12. Remember when posters here said he wasn't qualified for the job when he was hired and then again this offseason? The whole 'he deserves a chance' angle is looking like the fantasy it awalys was. His roster building is trash and losing Morgan doesn't look like much of a loss outside of nostalgia. GM, HC and owner. Directionless mess with too many dummies failing at every angle. It's a mess and it's hard to imagine next time will be any better than the last 2.
  13. Dud HC picks dud QB. Frank was always going to pull this poo, it's who he is and has been. Dud scheme and playcalling. Surprise, surprise, surprise...
  14. This team is about to be a gaint piƱata. Maybe next year but this year it's just low hanging fruit for everyone as this drags out this season.
  15. I guess they can get rid of Keep Pounding now and just go with SSDD
  16. Bryce was built to hold a clipboard in the NFL. Today proved that's his natural spot. This team is going to get ripped even more now and Young is going to be taking shots on and off the field going forward. How they handle the QB situation is going to interesting moving forward and I am not expecting them to handle it well.
  17. It wasn't 100% and it wasn't 0%. Meh Young can bust hard as the best of them and you still have a hiring problem well in front of the drafting problem. The trade up is what aggressive but stupid looks like and that sure looks like what Tepper has been trying for years. This wasn't a stud at # 1 year, it wasn't as bad as last year, and they went all in. There are so many mistakes being made that just focusing on the Young whompwhomp is a giant oversimplification of how poorly this team is run. I do give them props on improving the PR BS post Rhule. Back to the old JR 'I said it was this way so it was this way' days. OF course they all look like fools now but whatever, it's a 3 or 5 or 7 year plan...
  18. I do know it was not unquestioned but the proready stuff was absolutly BS at this point. Anklegate lol
  19. Preach brother. It sure does. The other alarming trend is can you see him leanring anything along the way? I can't if it's there. We went from a bad school coach to a bad NFL coach but was it learning for just running to thr pollar opposite in the first trend?
  20. Raid did the overcoming himself and a long HC stint stagnation. That was impressive and best case scenario. Reich never had that upside. I'm with you on retreds. There are some situations where a retred has traction situationally but this was just more flailing by Tepper. I wanted one of the 2 OCs. The one with the Lions still looks like the best catch out there.
  21. It was always the most likely outcome given the Rhule debocle, a 180 to a washed up retred that sold him on a future that wouldn't be delivered again. Pederson messed up big time in Philly at the end. Good for him turning that around but it wasn't a guaranteed turnaround when Jax hired him.
