The good news is that Tepper works so poorly with others that if the NFL didn't carry him across the finish line I have trouble thinking it will end any better than Rock Hill. I think this season is sunk and it's still the Bryce show until they prove it isn’t. They have shown zero effort in anyone but Bryce unfortunately. We are all going to have to wait this one out. Let's see what the options in the offseason look like. Maybe we get a couple of mercy Dalton games. Maybe we get a couple of sad Hooker games. That seems like the reality of this season.

I have no idea who brought back Evero but until I hear otherwise I will assume it was a mix of DC and Morgan. No one stopped it that's for sure. He could have left in the offseason and been a win/win. He gets to say they didn't invest enough in the D while going to prove it elsewhere and they get to say they needed to make a change. Perfectly normal but it's the Panthers so they choose poorly again. WTF brings back a historically poor showing like that in their 2nd year?

Depends because these guys can do substantial damage to their profession careers vs you and me just moving elsewhere in our professions. The pool of NFL employees is pretty small vs other industries. Doesn't make sense to me for young guys like DC even with the cash in hand philosophy being always relevant. It gets guys who are dumb and don't know better or guys who know they aren't likely to get many chances IMO. Neither being good options

BY regresses every offseason. It's got to be stressful just knowing you don't have the tools to do your job and their isn't anything you can do to change that fact. Then he shows up and they have to spend the first part of the season trying to match the offense to what he can do while other teams are building on improving. Now him sitting while the team improves without him and then him showing up to play Bryce ball is when he is at his best...because everyone else had a break from his effect to improve so it then looks better out of context.
