    I hope Dan laid out just how depleted this roster is and how long it will take to fix. It’s very likely BY looks better next year. That will buy everyone another year at the very least. This group is here as long as BY is here.

    Do you guys not remember the pre season games? The team was sleepwalking and looked poorly coached. Zero energy. Even the guys fighting for a roster spot. Whatever was wrong, it was wrong before the season began.

    Brady will bring ratings due to novelty. I can’t see him doing this year in and year out though.

    It looks like the HC hire is all Morgan. If so, we need this staff to work out. If it does, Tepper will have learned the correct lesson. If it doesn’t, he’s going to go back to what he was doing.….if he has actually gone more hands off.

    Sheila seems far more humble and far less pushy than Tepper. Thats probably the key difference. She can sit in on all FA scouting meetings, give her opinion, and be fine if they do something different. Tepper seems like he really pushes his preferences and opinions.
