  1. I love the TE and C picks. Think both of those guys could start by midseason. Franklin worries me due to his slight frame and Washington's height. Just leary those guys can win in the NFL. Murphy would be a welcome pick, imo.
  2. Good point. But WR is one of the most drafted positions, so it's a bit misleading when a lot go in a round. They often do, since the league became so pass heavy. NOW there aren't many number 1s out there so you are still correct. Just adding some nuance.
  3. 99.9 is quickly becoming my most disliked radio. This same dude is always banging on about how poo everything is. Total clown, hope he sits on his balls.
  4. That's my thinking, at minimum we need one guy who can play a ton of minutes.
  5. Jonah Ellis Chop Robinson (most draft boards have him gone) Chris Braswell Adisa Issac Trice/Dorlus (seem like more tradional 4-3 de's). I'm going off of PFFs ranking. These guys may go top ten for all I know I'm really liking Ellis due to his bloodlines. Got like 4 relatives in the NFL. Plus he played at Utah. A team that always looks extremely well coached. Seems like a guy like this is just going to have an advantage in understanding the game early on. I like Issac but I'm skidish on Penn state players in general. Seem to have great athletic numbers but other than that one LB don't seem ready to play. Seems like with wonnum we have a serviceable guy on one side but if we can't get Young or Clowney, seems like we need some immediate help from the draft and Ellis is my pick for most ready day one. Who are you guys leaning toward at the edge/olb position? *doesn't have to be one of the above.
  6. Guys Brown is a military kid, long as he's shown respect I think he stays. He's just a different kind of guy. Even at Auburn he was active in the community and was married with a baby before his senior year I believe. He's a mature dude, mentally.
  7. @Rayzor, what else do you think we can/will do realistically in free agency before the draft to shore up the defense? Does that recent edge signing mean we don't have a shot at clowney/young?
  8. I'd take two pass catchers in the second. Don't be constrained to 2 wr. Imagine getting ad mitchell and jatavion sanders (te) in the second. I'd be ecstatic with those two in the 2nd frame. Then go all defense the rest of the draft.
  9. Beyond 2 pass catchers, seems like we'll go heavy on defense, so he's probably excited about getting to shape a defense. Nothing better than shopping for the groceries when you are a chef. You're just naturally more confident in the meal you're preparing.
  10. He's the most versatile guy in the draft. Reasonable that he can be a high level guard or center and likely a swing tackle. That's hard to find.
  11. dang looks like we're rolling the dice that he's been under utilized.
  12. i added him to please the masses here. from what i gather his talent is first round level but hes injury prone.
  13. Thanks for sharing. I was searching around and 22 he wasn't on there, but Wonnum was about the same position in 2021 as the 2023 chart.
  14. Did you take the screenshot with one of those old Nokia phones?
  15. Sheena Quick? More like Sheena Thicc with this kinda news, amirite?
  16. Agreed. Just get some dudes. They could fill the first four picks with about 7 positions and I'd understand. Makes for a good draft, so I'm not yelling at the TV as usual. I almost stroked when we drafted all those corners.
  17. If he can, I'm all for it. We got a laundry list of needs. If Dane pans out, I'll be giddy. Giddy.
  18. WR - Coleman / Mitchell Edge Rusher or OLB- Chris Braswell /Jonah Ellis / Peyton Wilson Corner - DJ James There are other needs but these guys may have to start since our depth is so poor.
  19. For significant minutes? Is the class supposed to be that deep?
