Just no matter how you do(within reason), if you get 2 top level starters and 1 top backup/STer. It's a good draft. Anyone that disagrees, pick a team that you hold in high draft regard. And look at the draft history, what I said remains true. There are course changing drafts, were you hit on 6 out of the eight picks and your team changes for the good. Seahawks, saints, rams have had them and the effects last years...

Great point. I agree, by the time Rhule was kicked out- Teddy, Stafford, Darnold, Baker, no telling else. Tepper demanded fittterererererer make that trade up for the top pick for BY. He ruined the plan, but he 100% owns the team. 2021 draft also netted a 2022 4th via titans too(I think).

Im still not functioning. I do want hands touching proof. Just .... it changes .....idk...

2017 is better, but not for Panthers given the CMC trade.

Chiefs tagged Trey Smith. I was here in the huddle for most of the draft- I started calling for his name in the 4th HARDCORE even with the reports. Just about every huddlers was calling for him picks after, yelling in the 6th.

Only path for that is draft or trade. I don't feel there are over 5-6 and maybe one of realm type surprise starter in the draft. WRs do get traded the most. I've maintained for months Panthers need a legit starting pass catcher. I feel they must use either the 1st or 2nd rounder to get it. Just not many legit offense passing weapons in this draft. They all could be gone by pick 57 too, Dan may have to trade up which I don't want..... *Bonus* Look if BY became 2nd career half Tom Brady, you don't need elite WRs. That was the whole plan in drafting him....he was the PG game changer and he would allow the team to save money. I doubt he can reach that level, but what do I know... I just seen pyramids are sitting on 8 giant 2km wells and those are on two selfs, my brain is hurting currently. Game changing if true-

Round 1, pick 8 - Jaycee Horn, CB, South Carolina Round 2, pick 59 (from CLE) - Terrace Marshall Jr., WR, LSU Round 3, pick 70 (from PHI) - Brady Christensen, OT, BYU Round 3, pick 83rd Tommy Tremble, TE, Notre Dame Round 4: No. 126 (from TEN) - Chuba Hubbard, RB, Oklahoma State Round 5: No. 158 (from From NE through HOU) - Daviyon Nixon, DT, Iowa Round 5: No. 166 (from TEN) - Keith Taylor, CB, Washington Round 6, pick 193 - Deonte Brown, OG, Alabama Round 6, pick 204 (from CHI) - Shi Smith, WR, South Carolina Round 6, pick 222 - Thomas Fletcher, LS, Alabama Round 7: No. 232 - Phil Hoskins, DT, Kentucky Facts are if you get 2 quality starters- Horn and Hubbard. And one top backup/STer- Tommy Tremble *Bonus - Brady Christensen That's a good draft. You get four legit NFL players from any draft its a good draft. Plus those four resigned with the team making it a rare feat as well. Sorry it does not fit the hate on fittteererererererer narrative... That's the goal each year.

It just depends on what information these team believe. He was a former wrestler, they are know for using gas..... Dropping 25-35 LBs is sus no matter. The kicker was Michigan recorded his weight weekly and it was around 320-330 per coaches on the staff. Ankle injury or whatever, he still shouldn't lost that much that soon. You still lift and rehab and hell, players gain weight as well. It's something that needs more time and the truth will reveal. Hes not the first to gas it up while in college.

I don't have a Twatter or X account, never have. they don't share replies and current posts since the change years ago. Honestly it one of my main reason for coming here, Juan, ice, Frank, carlivin, Scott, etc would post the link that they thought are worth sharing. That X place was a true cesspool and bots glare, its gotten alittle better, still not enough for me to make a account. Hold on, I did make account to attempt contract brain surgeons cause my father had surgery. Didnt lookup nothing else.

He's also has some return abilities too. I don't think he should be the top guy, but he's decent insurance.

Much better!

Panthers sign Jaycee Horn to $100 million dollar deal

I could be wrong, but I took the readings as they converted some or part of base salary into a signing bonus and "kicked" half of into a void year as add-on. Guess we need to see the details. Base for 2025= 3.6 turn into signing bonus and add void 2026 year. Its 1.6 this year and the "dummy" year. The cap is going up and should continue, so so that 1.6 next year will have less of % cap effect (tiny but still).
-
Hell both of us are probably right. plus I thought Brandt and Dan were against using the old ways of kicking the can down the road?? I do see if you roll over the 1.6million to next next year, a small benefit... but it seems they already spent it.

I thought it was for Moore?

***rumor*** There are records that graham played at 320 during the year, he gets to the combine and weighs in at 296. He and his team claim its cause he suffered an injury that prevented him from working out. I heard he got off the PEDs. I dont know which teams are buying the excuses.

Im still riding that bus with 8thTmac, but combine times are all on the same surface with the same air/wind. Its even for everyone. On your "home" track times can vary .3 both ways. Im sure the current panthers group has some sort of computer program that can overlay on games and tell that speed. There are reports he ran 22mph, that's elite. also to note, he is 6'4 220 and not 5'7 160 like many 4.5 guys. I hope he's makes to 8th. -

NP, I was also petty dang high on him too. I wouldn't support using the 8th now, 2nd is still too rich, but that 3rd would just right. It seems teams have labeled him "development" and also slid him down boards too. There's always some DL coach that swears he can "fix" him too, so he may still go in the late 1st. -
Panthers sign Jaycee Horn to $100 million dollar deal
Basbear replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Hes never finished a season, that's a issue. He's had two big injuries, I am willing to classify his chest injury as being "out of his control". You can be a dawg or super tough guy, but if your bones are brittle or tendons are weak, your body will fail. Again I have some friends in the strength community, only 2 players have I heard glowing reports without even asking- CMC and Horn. Horns problem was the same as CMCs, too much training= too much stress= injuries. Finding that balance is only for rare chosen, most these players are lazy and coast on gifts. Horn was a 8 year pro day one. Im a fan and enjoyed his seat belt playmaking, but Im a fan of players on the field. It seems a big portion of his money is tied to GP and I hope he earns it all.
