They have him playing in the wrong scheme. He isn’t a finesse zone blocking LT. It falls on Frank for not playing to his players strengths IMO. We had a decent OL for a power running PA offense with man on man blocking, but he is forcing his offense without the players to run it.

I don't think you fall into that category at all. You have been pretty consistent about wanting Young to get better each week and highlighting his good plays. There might be a couple people on here like that but they are the minority. Most fans want him to succeed and want the Panthers to get some wins.

They actually have a decent roster for a rookie QB to step into unlike us. Keep the coaching staff and draft one out of this class with Bijan, London, and Pitts for some nice weapons. Of course I hope they don't do this and struggle for eternity because they are the Falcons.

It shouldn't be hard to find a decent RB in the mid to late rounds honestly. An undrafted rookie might even be an upgrade at this point. We just need to get this OL figured out.

lol one bad game wouldn't necessarily mean regression, but again that's Houston's problem. Hopefully Young keeps getting better each week. It looks like he is starting to get some chemistry with Mingo which is great.

Chuba's average was bad, but he came through clutch in the 4th so I'll agree with that. I just hope Mingo keeps getting better.

Hey I thought he would be the worst of the 4, but damn he played great today. I love it for him and I like in Tennessee so many of friends and family are Titans fans. I hope he continues to play great for all of them.

Mingo played possibly his best game yet as well.

Stroud had his worst game and we took away his best weapon in Nico Collins. Check out some of Stroud's other games or just pull up his stats to see he isn't your normal OSU QB. Young and Stroud are great friends and hopefully they will become the future of the NFL with Young having his number.

Yeah Ryans looks the part of a legit HC. We absolutely have to find a running game if we want to have an average offense. One dimensional with a rookie QB behind a shaky OL and a lack of playmakers isn't a good recipe for a NFL offense.

Our defense has played like ass most of the year. Hopefully we can retain Evero one more season where when someone hires him we will get some draft capital in return. DCs in general are a lot easier to replace than OCs.

Oh the preseason stuff. Yeah you have to let all of that poo go because it was completely wrong. Our 0-6 start and Stroud looking like the OROY has shown that preseason expectations were completely wrong. You can only go on what they are actually showing during this season. Vegas gave Houston points in Carolina. That's where the reality is, not all of the BS fluff pieces we were fed this offseason.

How our the 0-6 Panthers significantly better than the 3-3 Texans? Weren’t the Texans favored to win?

Yeah Reich and Brown shouldn’t have switched to this zone blocking scheme yet. We don’t have the players to run it. We should design our offense to their strengths then either move Icky to LG or trade him with ammunition to draft/sign OL to fit the scheme they are wanting to run. They’ve completely changed this offense without the players to do it yet.

Yeah Young also took a beating and still came up with a GWD.

Houston’s defense has been playing better lately. Only allowing 17 at Jax, 6 vs Pit, 21 at ATL, 13 vs NO, and 15 vs us. They had a great goal line stand today and made Young’s life hell through contact hits and pressure.

LG has been clear in that he wants to see the long passes. He has wanted Young to change his narrative. If Young continues player better each week more people will come around. It’s all good and we all want Carolina to become competitive. Let’s just enjoy a win for a change without trying to start a pissing contest.

We need some snaps under center. Our OL isn’t looking good run blocking out of shotgun. Some under center I formation snaps with a lead blocker could help this OL run block. Plus you can ran a PA bootleg with Young to set up some long shots as well.
