Does 55 count as a Madden deep ball??

Lol why are we sending AT deep with Horn on him?? He is literally the worst player in our WR group for that route against an elite CB.

So we need to practice Hail Mary passes apparently… Yeah a 20 plus pass is a deep pass. I mean if you get the ball at the 25 you are almost at midfield with one of those.

I remember one of the games that Corbett actually played. He would turn around from the RG spot and communicate with Bryce before the ball was snapped. It stood out because I wasn’t accustomed to seeing OGs do that. I think he is smart enough to handle that part of the adjustment. I’m just not sure that counting on him to be healthy AND learn the center position this year is the best idea…

I agree it’s way too early. I mean I doubt it going to be a great season but I also expect much better play than last year. I think we agreed 6 wins with the offense in the top half would be a great year considering the circumstances.

If he is clearly the better option then let him have QB1 reps. I would assume he is going against the 2nd string defense too currently which is probably helping him get comfortable.

This is really what needs to be highlighted. Yeah we were not dead last in total OL ranking because Moton was solid and Icky was streaky. However the OG play was so terrible the offense couldn’t function.

If he can give us anything it’s a bonus.

What?!?! Bryce Young is small??? When did this happen?? Just don’t tell me Cam is much bigger than him….

It could have definitely. Young did have beating UGA in his film. Stroud’s team couldn’t beat Michigan or win the Big10. Ryan Day really held him back and didn’t let him play freely until that UGA game when there was nothing to lose. Had they let Stroud play like that all year he would have been the consensus, but I’m not sure the Bear’s trade that pick in that scenario so it’s all for nothing.

Burrow didn’t throw either. If you know you are going one there is no need for it. Throwing beside AR, Stroud, and Levis would have been dumb. Young’s tape was his top selling factor.

I agree and wanted Stroud. You can’t teach his kind of arm talent. However the scouts/analysts had it pretty split with more ranking Young higher if I’m being honest.
