  1. Maybe, but probably not. Let’s say we had the second, third pick, or fourth pick, you daft the next best available QB. At least you don’t have the stigma and the pressure of giving up the farm. And if he busts you can always try again next year
  2. But but but ..the culture!
  3. Look at the Broncos. 5 games in, they know they have to rebuild. They’re releasing and trading away assets in order to get the highest picks and best new players possible Even Vikings are doing the same knowing they need to move on from Cousins and start over. Only dumb Tepper thinks he can have his cake and eat it too. Never embraced the strategy to go through one terrible season instead of 6 or 7. Never hit the reset properly, and what do we have to show for it? So many on this forum pooed on those of us who wanted to lose last year so we could get the best pick possible without trading away our future. Where are you now?
  4. We’re about to get fleeced again https://x.com/jasrifootball/status/1712883651954737262?s=46 𝗥𝗨𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗦: The #Eagles are expected to reach out to the #Panthers to inquire about safety Jeremy Chinn, per a report from @MarinoNFL Eagles traded for CJ Gardner Johnson, and could be aiming to make a similar move.
  5. Bryce is about to ball out against the Dolphins
  6. If the Panthers somehow upset the Dolphins, it would top the App State vs. Michigan upset in 2007 because we don't even look like we belong in the same league
  7. This was even better, old Smitty is still awesome but the new Smitty is even better https://x.com/stevesmithsr89/status/1712629550591430897?s=46

  9. And he is apparently a great leader https://x.com/stroud4roty/status/1709615278575784379?s=46 This video almost made me cry
  10. https://x.com/macwfnz/status/1712553097875411277?s=46 Stroud learned from Bryce’s mistake and made Bates pay on this TD. They must have game planned for this
  11. I think Tepper and Nicole heavily influenced the pick by being vocal they liked him. I think that was enough for Frank and Fitt to get them to lean towards picking the player that their boss is happy with as opposed to taking the risk on Stroud and getting fired by Tepp if it doesn’t work out. It was clear to me from the videos that McCown preferred Stroud but not sure he even had a vote
  12. Tua was healthy his second year right? He didn’t look much better. In fact, Miami owner was still trying to sign Tom Brady.
  13. Rhule and Fitt wanted to coddle Darnold and show how highly they think of him lol
  14. Let's play a fun game, which move did you look at and say "I could honestly be a better GM than Scott Fitterer". Rules of the game: 1. has to be something other than "not drafting Bryce Young" 2. Only list your top answer 3. It can be any move, free agency or the NFL draft At least when it comes to the NFL draft, I think it was just common sense not to draft a DJ Johnson in the 3rd round let alone trade up for him. I think I screamed at the TV when it happened. Supporting evidence of the bust below: https://x.com/KeepBlitzin/status/1712162476014358876?s=20 https://x.com/WestsideFetti/status/1712176476223594870?s=20 What's yours?
  15. I honestly thought he would be a perennial pro bowler after his rookie year.
  16. I agree, ironically DJ Moore would have been a perfect fit with Bryce. He is great with YAC and on short and intermediate routes.
  17. Agree that was a great throw. Bryce throws with anticipation. That had plenty on it though
  18. I agree most fans are being too hard on Bryce, but what's "shady" about it? I think he's talking about "rumors" that Frank didn't want him in the first place. Maybe he thinks Frank is leaking that info?
  19. Sorry I thought it would automatically play from there.
  20. Me too, or a go route for that matter. God willing it happens this week
  21. Fair enough, but it also may be a reflection of what he thinks about Frank's scheme and our trash offensive line
  22. The angle on that throw is not routine at all. Looking away, moving to the left and the elasticity to throw it to him on the money, in stride.
