  1. Because we need to conserve our draft capita and not spend top dollar at a position we already have filled. Love Bates as a player but fug no, I’m tired of this one player away short sighted nonsense especially when we’ve picked top ten now for years.
  2. Not sure if Washington lets him walk but I’d be all over Daron Payne if he hit free agency.
  3. I would be all over the Herndon signing, really can’t fathom we’re going into camp with this group of tight ends.
  4. I’m really excited for Terrance to bro, his size and athleticism is off the charts. If Mcadoo can regain his old form back to when he was scheming up for Odell then we should be very optimistic.
  5. I do like Dunlap would be a great signing, just wanted to throw some other names out there.
  6. Eh I may be one of the few people here who just thought Arnold was alright, solid TE 2 and seems like a nice person but even now the Jags signed Engram making Arnold a TE2 again.
  7. And we’re supposed to utilize our tes more this season lmao. Our saving grace could be trembles development, we’re gonna need a big year 2.
  8. What free agents remaining today would you sign? My list- #1- Blake Jarwin( Jarwin is a really solid player and we can’t have a te room of Tremble,Thomas, and Thompson, adding Jarwin to the mix and cutting Thompson would be a solid group) #2- Trey Flowers-(Flowers isn’t listed in the article but he’s still available, really solid run stopping DE, long armed and strong at the point of attack gives us another run stopper on the edge outside of Yetur) #3- Landon Collins-(Former all pro SS, although he has lost some speed in recent years he’s still has amazing tackling/play recognition, need depth at S and he could play a very similar role to Chinn in our defense if he were to miss any time plus he could legit be moved to LB with his tackling ability/block shedding) #4- Will Fuller-(You can never have to many weapons in your offense, plus with there being some uncertainty with Robby’s future with the team adding another deep threat would be solid insurance. Let’s not forget Fuller is a speedy mf who can take the top off of defenses when called to do so.) #5- Sheldon Richardson(We need some more big bodies inside prior to camp starting, Sheldon is still a serviceable DT with some push rushing ability ala his 4 sacks last year. I do like Nixon/Hoskins/Roy but they have more to prove before getting as many snaps as their set to receive if the season started today.) https://syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/10042089-7-bargain-bin-nfl-free-agents-who-can-help-teams-in-2022.amp.html https://www.nfl.com/_amp/top-101-nfl-free-agents-of-2022-who-are-the-best-nfl-players-available
  9. Would be pretty funny to see this team make the playoffs and watch everyone hop back on the train. Our offense will be significantly better which will give us a real shot for playoffs.
  10. If anything this reflects Mcadoo is actually a pretty good scout, nailed the first two guys who were by no means consensus.
  11. I love Corall and I think he’s a great prospect/great dude(regardless of how the media portrays him.) But am I expecting him to save this franchise without ever seeing him play a snap in the NFL? fug no, FYI to everyone butthurt we got Baker, he has proven to be a better QB in the NFL then a third round rookie who hasn’t touched the NFL landscape.
  12. I will always hype myself up every year regardless of circumstance, LETS fuging GO BOYS WE GOTTA QB!
  13. Dude rookie qbs lighting the stat sheet up are very rare, you really don’t want to bet on a 3rd round rookie saving the day. Also, my least concern is Rhule saving his job dude. I understand where your coming from and I wish we had traded for Baker prior to the draft but for what we gave up it’s a great trade.
  14. To be honest I highly doubt even prior to this trade that we had a real shot at a top 3 pick, I get your thought process of throwing Corall out there and knowing what you got but let’s be honest do you really think Rhule is throwing out a 3rd round rookie qb to save his job this year? Even before this trade Corall would likely not see the feild barring an injury. This trade upgrades our qb position which end of the day you always should go for.
  15. Corall starting this year would be pure desperation, he’s a third round rookie qb. Unless he is a miracle then we would just be giving up this year, our team is talented enough for the playoffs. Baker is the best qb we’ve had in the past 5 years. Also, our staff gets to watch Corall in camp and gets a year with him so they would be much more educated then us if he’s ready or not.
  16. Praying Darnold shows something in camp and breeds some kind of competition.
  17. There’s nothing wrong with a 3rd round rookie QB riding the bench for a year.
  18. We traded Kyle Allen for an actual non conditional 5th rounder, best QB should play regardless of this trade.
  19. Honestly happy with this! Keep pounding!
  20. One would hope, Wilks being back here is a big reason why I’m an optimist about our defense.
  21. Personally I see 8 winnable games next year, maybe I have my rose tinted glasses on but I’m really optimistic about our improvement on the o-line. Saints are overrated this year, Falcons are legit the worst team in the league. I think we’re going to have a better record then last year that is my hot take.
  22. Great video on the current and future state of our team/assessing all our moves this off-season.
  23. Gonna go with Shaq, he has blossomed into one of our teams leaders and has really developed his coverage instincts. You can really sometimes see how Luke rubbed off on him with some of the play recognition interceptions he has.
  24. Corall could turn around our franchise if he does indeed pan out, but let’s hamper expectations for his initial impact he’s still a third round pick going into his first season. Let him and Sam battle it out for the starting role, no need to throw Corall into the fire yet.
