  1. Joe Burrow and CJ Stroud for MVP not looking great right now.
  2. You wouldn’t trade three high 1’sts for a 4th, come on it’s basic math.
  3. I posted this as a joke and some folks apparently think it’s realistic. Lol.
  4. Trey Lance for Bryce and a 3rd? (Come on man, I’m beggin’…please?)
  5. Bryce for Caleb Williams straight-up. Lol, we're screwed.
  6. “Throw it over their heads.” When you’re 5’7.
  7. This is probably the best win in the David Tepper era
  8. I’ve lived in Charlotte since 2008 but good observation. #KeepPounding
  9. I’m not new at all. Being a Panthers fan has sucked for a long time…but yesterday I felt proud to say it again.
  10. That’s what I’m saying. It’s been embarrassing the past few years, but today I actually feel proud. We’ve been so low, it feels good to win again and have some hope.
  11. Bro called Andy Dalton “Andy Reid” I’ll take it.
  12. Literally all I care about. I want Panthers fans to care again.
  13. Today I asked a Lions fan if there was ever a lion spotted in Detroit… …and then I wondered if there was ever a panther in Charlotte. #weird
  14. For at least 4-5 years I’ve talked to folks about NFL…and they shame their shitty team. And I’m like “well I’m a Panthers fan so…” and they all acknowledge my misery. So yes, for once.
  15. I don’t care who we’re gonna draft, who’s our QB of the future, who our coach is, who our owner is, what trades we’ve missed out on… I just wanna root for the Carolina Panthers and feel good about it. I haven’t cared about this team in a long long time, but I do today. Proud to be a Panthers fan today. Keep Pounding.
  16. At the end of the day, football is just entertainment and we are just fans. I just want to watch some good television and hope that my team has a chance at winning. Bryce did not give me that…I knew we had no chance before the game even started. I’m happy now just having a chance. Let’s win the division.
  17. Trade him to the Lions for Hendon Hooker and whatever else it takes. I always thought Hooker was a better long-term prospect than he got credit for. Sit HH behind Dalton for the year and see if he can be “the guy” moving forward. At least the franchise and fans would have a glimpse of hope.
  18. This is my thing. I thought all NFL players had to hit the weight room in the offseason, develop a nutrition plan, etc. Even when Bryce was at Alabama, I've been unable to find any strength-training info on Bryce. No forty time recorded EVER, no squat or bench estimates. People compare his height to Kyler Murray, but Kyler Murray is freakin' JACKED at that height. Jalen Hurts is also short but he squats 600 POUNDS. I really want someone to ask Saban or the Panthers S&C coaches about Bryce's weight-room habits. He was playing video games all summer, did he LIFT or THROW or anything?
  19. The real blunder that nobody is talking about is this: Why didn't we sign another QB to compete with Bryce? Everyone knows Dalton ain't that dude longterm. So why wouldn't they have gone after a free-agent with experience? I've been saying Brissette, Minshew, Tyrod...but literally ANYONE younger with starting experience and upside? Hell, bring in PJ Walker FFS - that would provide some real competition at least. If we knew 2 games in about Bryce, we had to have known this offseason...and didn't prepare properly. That is on the front office.
  20. I hate this idea that tanking - or that drafting #1 overall is a "fix" for this organization. Good football franchises actually scout, develop, and coach the prospects that they draft. Look at the good franchises and just their QB's. Mahomes, Love, Dak, Rodgers, Cousins, Purdy, none of these dudes were #1 overall and none of them even played their rookie year. And then look at the skill positions that those franchises then bring in. Ever notice that the Chiefs seem to hit on almost every skill position? If playing for the #1 overall pick is your strategy as a franchise, you are essentially just playing the lottery and have no faith in your scouting department. And THAT is the problem. The Panthers can't scout or develop players and until that changes it won't matter where we are drafting.
  21. Meanwhile Frankie Luvu had 11 tackles in the Commanders' win. And they weren't just tackles, he was legit laying wood out there.
