  1. I like his picks, I like being active, I like being in on every deal, and I trust his eye for talent, along with Morgan, and I like Sulaiman as the cap guy. I just like our FO and I'm convinced our struggles are due to Matt Rhule in almost every capacity.
  2. Fitt is fine, but he's not going to hire the coach. Tepper's ego wants the credit for getting it right.
  3. That was a damn stick by Milano.
  4. Willis will be the Titans FT starter by week 6. Tannehill is cheeks.
  5. TBH, I am confident in my eye-test evaluations and have a good track record with my draft projections going years back, and I did not think Hurts was going to be a starting NFL QB, at least not a good one. He was not impressive at all as a passer to me at Alabama... I always thought if you could force him to pass, that was usually when Bama struggled ot lost, it was just that most teams weren't capable of forcing him to do so. He improved as a passer at OU, but I still didn't think it was enough to translate to the pros, but he has really impressed me in the pros. The one thing about him that couldn't be quantified was his work ethic, snd it's clear he puts in the work and has gotten significantly better. But yeah, I never really loves the YGM pick, and even then, I would've preferred a project in Hurts over YGM. Now in hindsight, it definitely would've been the better pick and less of a project than I expected.
  6. TBH, despite how far his neck contorted back, I can't ever recall someone suffering those most feared injuries as long as their face mask is up... it looked really bad, but the ones that have suffered the worst injuries in my lifetime were the ones with their heads down... Shazier, Reggie Brown, Dennis Byrd, etc. Glad he is OK and hope the extent of his injuries are minimal... hopefully he's just sore for a few days. Either way, that's incredible considering how it looked.
  7. Edmunds didn't even seem phased. I hope Jackson is okay. It will be a miracle if he didn't seriously hurt anything, and that's what I'm praying for him - a miracle. That looked bad.
  8. Same poo he been doing for the last 2 years... Say one thing then immediately contradict it.
  9. It's implied if the entire interior is Top 5 at their positions, or whatever that was.
  10. Also, Voth and Gantt have not tweeted for at least 20 hrs... I don't want to get my hopes up, but damn it!
  11. Curiously enough, the Panthers havent pushed the notification out on Facebook yet that the pressers are starting.
  12. Interesting, I hadn't thought about him at all until your thread in regards to yesterday. I saw him a lot game 1, but I don't recall seeing him at all yesterday. I noticed early we were actually running Ricci at TE a lot early... and Sullivan played as well, but it was mostly Ian. I don't recall seeing Tremble once. Maybe he's in the doghouse?
  13. No doubt, that has been where we've seen the most pressure, and the most noticeable instances of it... I just know I've seen Corbett pushed all the way back into Baker's face multiple times to where he's had to move immediately as well, so I don't buy those grades/rankings. Just from the eye-test, I think BC has been far and away our best OL this season... I know it's just two games, but you never notice him for the wrong reasons.
  14. If it's to force Snow out, maybe that's enough to force Rhule to resign on his own. But that's wishful thinking... it's the only thing I have left to hope in regarding this team in its current state.
  15. Same. Joined in early 04 and was still vasillating between here and The Observer's boards back then... I long since forgot my Yahoo passwords. It's a long time to be one place, especially on the internet.
  16. I've thought about it quite a bit since yesterday, and the only thing I can figure is that knee must've been a lot worse than we were led to believe. He looked HORRIBLE.
  17. Yeah I have no idea how it is measured either, but came from a "credible source": I'm assuming the pocket time is based off when they have to come out of the initial step-drop?
  18. Could've fooled me. So PFF is essentially saying ALL pressure is coming from Ickey and Moton. That would be false... And it also doesn't explain the avg pocket time of 1.1 seconds lol.
  19. Yeah, that's why I'm not with the ban talk... Jai has been around for years. Never acted out of character, just hasn't been as active recently (and who could blame him lol). If he is sharing it, he believes it and believes the source he got it from. I just hope he's right.
  20. Skipper was cut and on the PS, then brought back and elevated to the 53 and started yesterday. 3 BACKUP OLinemen starting and they still looked like this. We have thr guys Rhule wants starting and Baker is averaging 1.1 seconds pocket time. It's the fuging scheme and coaching... I know, dead horse, meet beating, but it is just ridiculous. And for Campen to be so highly regarded, it has to show just how cancerous Rhule's influence is that our OL STILL plays like poo with Campen brought in as OL coach and all the upgrades we made. I honestly don't remember ever seeing anything like it. And if you happened to see the Lions postgame celebration in the locker room, you can see the difference. Dan Campbell doesnt excuse bullshit, and he doesnt make excuses period. They find a way, and they play for each other. They bekieve in their coach and the players beside them. And they follow their leadership because of that belief. Whereas if it was us, our players already know their pussy coach is gonna get up after the game and say, "well, we were down 3 guys already, and you know it's just hard for these guys to come in with such few reps and play well. But we're so close. We just gotta keep battling through it." fuging gutless dumbass.
  21. I wouldn't be mad at seeing if Wilks could be the guy. He got a raw deal in AZ... I think we will be worlds better with just dismissing Rhule and Snow, and I honestly don't really give a poo about his underlings beyond that. I'm sure they'll follow, but we'll be fine. That really is the best possible scenario for the rest of the year, because it's not like a Leftwich, Payton, or Flores is gonna come on mid-season, so may as well see what Wilks can do.
  22. I been complaining about this for 3 years. Snow think he's fuging prime DC Rex Ryan with exotic blitzes and dropping guys into coverage so the other team never knows who's coming. No, Phil, you're just a dumbass. You're not fooling anyone, nor are you playing to our strengths by dropping our best edge rusher into coverage, EVER. Show me the last time Burns got his hands on a ball that wasn't in the backfield... yet, you're dropping him 38% of the time into coverage. Chinn spends the majority of the games in a deep zone where he essentially does nothing because teams never throw it deep on us, they just nickel and dime us all the way down the field... And I mentioned thr same issue with Haynes. They kept him because he supposedly is a great value as an undersized pass rusher. And I agree, he is good as a pass rusher... and yet, last week, we subbed him in on ehat should be pass rushing situations, and Snow dropped him off the line into coverage. The dude barely functions at his strengths because of his size, but you drop him into coverage, which is something he doesn't even do naturally? Like what's the point of playing him at all then? What's the point of keeping him in the first place if you have him doing stuff he isn't built to do nor has any experience or success doing? It's fuging stupid.
