As with last year, you will once again see them get exploited by the Saints. A good team …or really even an average team won’t allow what we saw on Sunday with backup olineman. Of course all our olineman are backups except Moton.

Yea I mean you go all defense in the draft one year after having the one of the worst oline…then you draft one (and I mean one as in high draft investment (well as high as Grier went), hard to count where you don’t even have the other [Brown] active on game day). After having a below average ranked oline (18), thanks to 7 games or whatever from Okung. Otherwise easily bottom third of NFL. Looking at decent NFL olineman the best ones really do go long before the half of the third round. You can’t pay busts more money and expect them to do well. And big men do not heal. They just don’t. Proven over and over again. Paradis gone next year. Every year I say this is the year the Panthers invest in oline but seriously 2022 literally has to be that year. Maybe Brown and Christianson will step up and the plan will come into place.

It was pretty baffling he wasn’t checked after that play. My girl, who’d I’d describe a very casual Panther fan was even like ‘I can’t believe they aren’t even going to check on him’.

At the same time if the defense is already outplaying then, who cares if they get it on the 25? Every team we play won’t have that scenario and it seems silly not to see what you have in the kicker…because at some point he’ll have to make those, get him comfy now is my thought but maybe they already know he isn’t the answer for the season and they’re looking elsewhere.

Not sure if $18-20 mil a year for a LB will be a bargain. His 8m this year is looking good, but contract as a whole, I’m not sure anyone can really live up to just idiotic though not his fault. I agree he played well. Problem is he earned a lot of great money being good, but it’s in the past. Something will have to be done about his contract at the end of the year. Let’s see if he can keep it up and be worth most his money.

I think his elusiveness is good. And overall I’d agree. Lawrence has two horrible INTs. Look at P Manning’s first year, was awful. I’m not sure some know how to watch football. He’s a rookie, look at his oline. It’s actually worse than the Panthers. They don’t have a cmc…or really anyone. I like some of the things I’ve seen from Wilson.

Not gonna lie even as a Panther fan, he continues to surprise me. Unless he’s injured he’s just one of those elite players that just won’t have a bad/off day.

Whether he is the answer or not…I think we can all approve he is much better than TB.

I agree with the sentiment but I think people are coming to the realization this is the Jets. And they’re playing like the Jets. If you can’t score a TD in the first half against the Jets, that’s a lot of growing to do in order to play the big boys.
