    Playing starters in the last game would make almost no sense, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them out there lol.

    I would certainly do that, but I feel like there's almost no chance of it happening. I think there's a higher probability that they claim him and carry him as QB3 on the 53 man. And I don't think the odds of that are very good. I think it's gonna be Bryce and Andy on the 53, with the plumber waiting in reserve on the PS.

    Patrick Jeffers injury was a real shame. 99 showed so much promise in the passing game with Moose and Jeffers. Beuerlein looked really good that year. He was a statue, but he had great accuracy in a clean pocket. He was on the team for years, but that 99 year was so good I'd almost classify him as a one year wonder as well.     Under a certain amount of years in the NFL and you gotta clear waivers before being a free agent. I think thats the only difference but I'm not an expert on the CBA.
