1. How about this, we were the only team that made an offer for sam. That is bidding against yourself 2. There was absolutely no reason to pick up the 5th year option. No reason whatsoever. What is the absolute worst case scenario? Sam balls out and we have to franchise tag him? 3. Anderson was under contract for this season. We literally just drafted his replacement. His extension was not needed. 4. We waited until the 3rd to draft a guy that was in free fall and even then we didnt view him as a tackle. There is a reason Brown fell to the 6th. 5. The signed them hour 1 day 1 of free agency. Why the rush? They both have sucked their entire careers. 6. He didnt want to be here anyway? Wth are you talking about ? He signed was us as a free agent 7. The henderson trade is looking worse and worse with each passing week. Plus given the rumors about his attitude and dedication then it may be a extremely high risk mediocre reward.
