  1. True but we havent been lucky since 2011, so in a sense I guess we are due lol
  2. sure, but exceptions aside, its still a redo and they take a couple of years
  3. So far what we can gather for bryce to succeed, he needs a top 10 line, a top 5 rushing game, 2 first round wide outs and pristine footwork and mechanics. Yeah, I dont like where this train is going. I hope to hell he proves me wrong because starting over is just exhausting. Cam had no line, no wr's, no mechanics and still was a certifiable bad motherfuger
  4. Reich tried to bench him and was over ridden. He came out of training camp knowing he was in a world of hurt. His mechanics and footwork put him behind the 8 ball from the jump. Even in the video posted he is still doing his jump throw. Thats not going to consistently work in the nfl, hes got to clean that up. We all are pulling for him but going into year 3 the excuses are in the rear view mirror. With everything they have invested in bryce its time to win.
  5. of course we wanted to trade down, for the right deal, dont be silly If the cowboys jumping us to 7 for tmac was the sole reason to have this smokescreen then thats pretty silly, dude you are bit blinded out the level of prospect he is. As many have noted he would have been the wr 5/6 in last years draft. He benefited greatly in timing.
  6. Sure but in a draft where there wasnt a bonafide star (at least at 8 ) it wouldnt hurt to throw out the scent that tmac may be a possibility as well to see if you could get even more trade offers.
  7. Playing devils adovcate here, but if you truly wanted to trade down then it made no sense to be a smoke screen for Walker only. Especially since Tmac is not a generational type player. Make it known that he is in play and see if the cowboys or whoever really like him as rumored.
  8. The good news is the overall 2026 class looks to be absolutely loaded https://www.theringer.com/2025/04/29/nfl-draft/26-best-prospects-2026-nfl-draft-arch-manning-garrett-nussmeier
  9. he hails from philly where you have to ask edgy questions to stand out. I ve told my Soronsen story a 100x times on here and I am still repulsed this is the mindset of the old school observer reporters enjoy I've told this story on here before but in in the early 2000's after a panther game my friends and I ran into Tom Sorenson of the Charlotte Observer at the southend brewery. He sat with us for a while and at some point he was asked directly about why the CO wasnt more critical of Jerry Richardson. He basically said Charlotte is a nice quiet southern town and the people here didnt want those types of stories or those types of reporters/columnists that cause drama. I am obviously paraphrasing but we asked about why the paper wasnt going after shinn and the hornets harder as well when he was going through his troubles and all the crappy moves they made. He just said there is not an audience for that. We argued and argued and he just didnt understand. Maybe he was playing dumb but I remember being incredulous at the time that the people in the media thought that asking hard questions would turn off readers
  10. Mike Kaye has been questioning this since training camp. God bless him for actually writing this. "Legette might be the most awkward running wide receiver we've seen in a long time. He gallops down the field like he has pebbles in his cleats but fire in his heart. He is deceptively quick, but weirdly off-balance."
  11. mike kaye has some bite, the others not so much. Really disappointed in Ellis as he was a bulldog but once he got credentials he became a cuck
  12. a bit underwhelming but a start I guess. But you said you would not be upset with pittmans numbers. So what would you think he tet came in at 500 yards and 1 td?
  13. Not sure you can call it a steal as they got a good potentially great player with that pick
  14. I have been a critic of morgan but for this draft at least it seemed he understood the value of pics and trading a bit better then last year
  15. I mean not really there are expectations on players based on where they are drafted. For example a player in the top 10 should be an immediate contributing starter. Thats universally understood
  16. If tmac only has 2 1000 yard seasons and never tops more then 6 tds in 5 years then he is a bust all things considered. If his stats mirror pittman as your post suggests then we should be upset.
