Problem is you cannot win that way in the league anymore. This isn’t 20 years ago. Ball control teams need to keep the games close but if they start losing control they can’t really ever get it back. One of the reasons Fox and Rivera never had back to back winning seasons was because every year was a coin flip on whether we can win the close games or not.

The fact that Zod is being pooed for stating the obvious shows how many people on this board are deluding themselves into believing a lie.

And those people who base their happiness of a game need to get their priorities straight. It is “just a game”. If it was gone tomorrow nothing in the world would be negatively affected.

After watching Hard Knocks episode I want them to fail so badly.

Problem with playing a team on Hard Knocks. I guarantee if this was a normal joint practice and preaseason game it probably would have been more vanilla. But the Jets gotta show out for the camera.

“Fire Reich” and “We should have hired Wilks” are the most common ones I saw. Like Wilks would have done any better on Saturday.

But I heard before this game that switching to 3-4 was a good thing.

Panthers have always struggled with depth for pretty much their entire existence. All of our struggling years have been due to injury for the most part. Our best year were almost always when the team remained healthy so we didn’t need to rely on backups. Looks like that trend is continuing.

Agree to disagree. Wilks would have just been another Rivera. Reich has a chance to be the best coach we ever had. Colts were a dumpster fire and a meddling owner didn’t help.

Some people have really unrealistic expectations for a team left in shambles by Rhule. Gonna take a while to clean up the mess.

Don’t understand after one mean king game why Reich concerns you. You are jumping the gun a bit on your opinion of him. I expect bright spots but not playoffs this year. Then in 2024 I expect playoff contention. Year 3 we are contenders. Unless something changes I plan to be patient.

I find it funny people on here are using a bad preseason game to get drunk like it is the real season and we are hopelessly terrible. People need to get their priorities straight.
