History with a team doesn't mean a damn thing and doesn't make you worthy of being a GM. Morgan is from a failed regime. Hiring him is just continuing the suck.

Both but probably the latter. But the coaching list this year is much better and if you hire someone like Slowik you need to give them a long leash.

No matter who we hire. I have a feeling the new coach will have a much longer leash than Reich. Especially since we have a first round pick in 2025. I think Reich would have survived if we had of kept our first round pick.

I have said before but I would not be surprised if Slowik returns to the Texans for one more season. Especially if the Texans somehow make it to the AFC Championship.

When you haven’t won a playoff game since 1991 I don’t blame him. Same thing happened when the Cubs broke the curse and won a World Series.

I wonder if Slowik will pull a Ben Johnson and stay another year. Since it is his first year being the play caller.
