I feel like it is just excitement over FA beginning and nothing to do with the Panthers. I have a feeling the "Panthers will be very active during FA" being reported is overblown. We will probably sign maybe one or two good players but no star players are gonna sign with a team like the Panthers over going to a team that looks like it is heading in a better direction or a playoff team. We still have the Tepper stink on us. I expect us to overpay for players like we did last year.

I think his regression at the end of the year will prevent for getting a big contract. He is a backup, not a starter.

Impression I have got is we can trade down to 11 or 12 and he will still be there. Hybrid player makes me nervous anyway.

Lions have paper thin defense destroyed by injuries. It was not as much a problem during the season, but playoffs it will bite you in the butt. I don't think they choked. I think they are playing a team that can exploit ALL of their current weaknesses.
