    A comment on an another site said that The Athletic, from an anonymous source, that Panthers may just stay pat at 9. Pretty much meaning what we all know. No one knows anything.

    We are not making the Super Bowl with Carr at QB. So, yes never. Unless this team is able to get over Carrs brain fart moments that seem to rise up at the worst possible moment. Carr is Cousins. I don’t want a Cousins on this team.

    I think trusting people at this stage of the game if foolish. This coaching staff on paper looks good. But if Carr is signed and the Panthers fall on their faces then trust doesn’t mean much. This coaching staff has to give me a reason to trust them. As of right now I don’t. I “nothing” them. But I hope in the future I can trust them.

    Carr is just a Cousins. He may get us 12 wins but he will be the reason we never make a Super Bowl.

    Reich wanting to take a chance that may get him fired if it doesn‘t work out. A rookie QB would give him an excuse if the Panthers don’t do well but if they fail after signing Carr it could be a short career here for Reich. I just don’t think Carr can get this team to the Super Bowl.

    It is called 3 years without a franchise QB. It isn’t artificial. I hope they stay away from thinking like yours. Because you are content with mediocrity.

    You apparently like having this team with no QB. Stay at 9 makes no sense. At 9 we won’t get a QB and if we do he fell to 9 for a reason.

    Their answer is waiting until this team reaches their version of perfection and then we draft a QB that falls into our lap. Even though that will never happen and this team will always have holes.

    You are still taking a chance and hoping a QB will fall and if the FO believes that the QB they want will not fall to them. Then they trade up. I would rather they be able to stay at 9 and get a QB but I have a feeling that the QBs are gonna go fast.

    In what world did Daniel 15TD Jones carry the offense? I find is hilarious that because the Giants overperformed they are pretty much stuck with extending Jones. They can't move up.

    Hooker is raw and won’t start. I have seen a possible of signing Carr, using 9 at BPA and drafting Hooker. But that scenario likely means Carr will be here 3-4 years means Hooker, who is already an old rookie, will be 2 years from turning 30. I am just not a fan of drafting a 25 year old rookie. The last old rookie QB we drafted wasn’t very good.

    Without him we wouldn’t have the Panthers. Despite how badly it ended I am thankful to him for that.

    Those people are wrong. If Darnold starts next year this team will not make the playoffs and Darnold will be the reason why. You can not win consistently with the way Wilks ran the offense last year. You just can’t and that is the only way you can limit Darnold making mistakes. He isn’t a QB you can rely on if the running game goes to pop.
