Original Poster, I gotta say, I love the title of this post! I am done going through the stages of grief for us missing on Bryce Young and him busting. I am ready for another qb to be at least pro level serviceable. I hope that someone in Carolina Panthers organization is on this thread and has the intestinal fortitude to bring the fan sentiment to the highest levels of the organization. Sunk cost is sunk cost, just gotta move on at this point.

What y’all think about this? Bryce Young plays out and competes with a real journeyman with upside. Maybe somebody like a Mac Jones… Bryce plays well you get the 5th year, he doesn’t you at least have a serviceable player. either way, 2027 draft the new QB for the future.

Do not draft a qb first round in 2026. Draft OL or best defensive player blue chip. Do not give young fifth year option but play him next year and then draft a qb or solid vet FA in 2027

Oh and I hate seeing Bryce Young happy and joking around on the sideline in a game we are losing badly….Simply not the leader we want, or the player

I am worried with how bad Dalton has looked today, that the GM will mistake that as Bryce Young being good enough for a big contract……they are not related data points. They both suck! I watched a lot of film on Stewart. If we draft him at 8 I am totally good with it. He was dominant in his role. He played within the system. Could be our next J. Peppers
