    I compared him because of Ohio State and the system they run. 1 read QBs. I believe a stat came out recently that over 70% of the throws from Stroud are first reads. I would actually argue that Lawrence is well ahead of Fields.

    Point of this thread is you don’t have to tank the season away to get a good QB because it’s usually a crapshoot anyways.

    Young and Stroud aren’t it either. Young is going to be more fragile than Tua and Stroud is Haskins/Fields 2.0. I personally think Hooker is best in this class but he’s 26 or so already and not a Franchise QB.

    A #1 pick doesn’t seem to do much justice unless you have a Luck or Newton in the draft- which there clearly isn’t this season.

    Yeah since we have all the “all-stars” in this years draft. Didn’t you know? They just want a QB and think anyone they pick in the top 10 will be Andrew Luck or Patrick Mahomes

    Anyone else notice Wilks holding the play sheet and talking on the mic when they are on offense? I think there is a lot of hand holding.

    When is the last time we had a “Big WR”. I watched those fade passes to Terrace Marshall and scratched my head. He is the tallest WR on the roster at 6’2”. We have Preston Williams on the practice squad at 6’5”. Tommy and Ian are 6’3” but we really don’t have a “Big WR”.

    What Franchise QB is in the draft? Because I don’t see one. I see Dwayne Haskins, Sam Darnold, Jordan Love, and a bunch of Tony Pike’s.
