  1. How do you look at this offense on paper and be happy about it? In an offensive driven league you are ok rolling with Sam Darnold and Three olineman that wouldn't make the practice squad on any other NFL roster. Add that to zero creativity. Zero in game adjustments. And Zero instincts in crunch time by the rest of the coaching staff. This is a disaster. We can't have nothing nice in Carolina. I'm over it.
  2. I tried to hold out hope. That things would click. Something would happen and this organization could field something worth watching. The defense is alright, but they always get beat when it matters. But my GOD, this is the worst offense I've ever seen in panthers History. Almost Clausen level if it weren't for 2.5 games with CMC. At least we beat the saints I guess. Any who, die hard is dead. Good luck fellas.
  3. Its been stated clearly Gilmore is fine. NE wanted to see it on the field. Gilmore knew he was good to go and wanted his money. He will play this season.
  4. This is something that haunts me. Maybe Fitt will apologize to Russ when he leaves Seattle next year in the promise to make it right and get him protection. Ultimately to come up short. Cuz that's just what happens here in Carolina.
  5. Ran into Paradis. But realized it was an oasis and I was just hallucinating. He wasn't really there
  6. That's actually pretty Cool. But uh. Tell me your white without telling me your white. PS. I'm blue. And even I know what "unk" means.
  7. Franklin didn't make a good case today's. Jeremy needs help at Safety we need him on the LOS with Shaq. But the real problem was in the trenches today. Their oline just moved us at will. Either that or scheme. I'm disappointed bc we've shut down Zeke and Pollard before.
  8. Are these numbers accurate? Good gawd. For those guys I would have made them pay me
  9. Without a doubt. That fumble and missed field goal were two key plays of the game.
  10. Don't take this one to personal. Honestly it was expected for me at least. We showed grit. We got stomped in the 3qtr in the trenches. We knew our oline was bad. We had a couple injuries in the secondary, and the refs were against us. But we are 3-1. We have a future. Sam' has some grit. I think we fix this O line and get a run stopper next draft or via free agency and we have a true competitor. A playoff appearance and early exit is a good season in the scope of things. Rhule and Co. Still have work to do and we knew that. Don't beat yourself up over it. Get back to work on Monday. Keep Pounding.
  11. Exactly, I think teddy is the floor. That was the analysis I felt to be accurate. Although he could be alot worse if turnovers become a problem. But I think he does better
  12. Cam And Gross. Shid at this point is Wharton still an option LOL. Hard to not say Peppers, Steve or Luke. As they were serious Game changers.
  13. Is as expected. Darnold will do better in panther blue, but expecting Sam to wow you I think is unrealistic. Ceiling seems to be tannehil-esque. But more than likely just a hair better than teddy. The difference maker is the team around him whether or not he reaches his ceiling. This defense will bail him out a bunch. That's the good news. The bad news is we have to come up with something on the left side of the OLINe. Whether be MOton or signing another we need more adequate Guard and Tackle play. A winning season is the goal. And we're capable.
  14. Does a bear poo in the woods? Nobody plays sports for anything other than dubs. And if they dont. They're just a loser.
  15. So does that mean you give him one year to prove himself? Or one year before you start bringing in competition? I think realistically, 2 years. This season, and next bc, likely we will still need to tweek some things to get the roster put together how they envision it.
  16. My eggplant grows at the thought of CMC behind him. Oh wait. That came out wrong.

  18. For sure seems like it would be a strike one and rightfully so. But as of right now it's all an if. I thought getting Sam was the sensical move before the draft tho. And was a proponent of a QB competition, but I can also in the same situation see why they played it like they did. Our depth was really, really, really bad. And it was always going to take more than one draft, or one QB to get us to play of contention. They checked box one. Depth, and overall roster upgrade. Some people believe QB was more important. And they're not wrong either.
  19. Eh. Ya lost me at trading CMC. Although it would be cool to get him . But I think he may just retire. He's complaining to much, he's filthy rich, and made his money and I don't think he loves football anymore. Maybe with a fresh start, he would come back to life. But it seems he's just fed up. He would definitely require a kings ransom.
  20. I figured someone say that. Think about it for a second. Rhule has a 7 year contract, not to say it couldn't be terminated. But even still 7 years. That's how much Tepper felt it was necessary to lock him in. Meaning by year 5 he expects us to be regular contenders. If in year 5 we haven't made it past a first round appearance then it's time to start thinking else where and that is realistic. But if we give Sam 2 years, it will only be Rhules 3rd. And Fitts second. I believe they'll be allowed one more shot at finding their QB if Sam isn't it. And that's assuming he doesn't pan out between now and then. Those seem like realistic deadlines IMO. 5 seasons is plenty for a coach to put together a 52 and compete if not, then he's not head coach material.
