Yes he was his rookie year, missed his second year with injury. He is also a little bit taller than Williams and has Peyton manning as his QB which can really help your stats improve. Hard work pays off. He has a lot of work ahead of him and will have a tough time beating out Olsen and Dickson for a TE spot but could defiantly make a roster spot if he can play special teams and can block. I know there are a bunch of huddlers that have high hopes for the kid and since he is taking snaps with 1st team offense his time might come very soon. Add the fact that we are going to have more 2 TE sets means more chances Williams will be on the field. I honestly would rather have a good blocking TE as our #3.
