Bryce Young is bad. No coach is gonna fix that.

I’ve been a Panthers fan since they announced they were awarded a franchise. I LOVE the Panthers. It doesn’t mean that I think Tepper deserves to own the team OR that Young deserves the chance to be the face of my beloved franchise. Because I don’t. After hearing Stroud’s “story” and seeing several interviews with the young man I have become a fan. As a man first and a player second. He should have been the pick.

I agree that Bryce Young isn’t the only problem the Panthers have, but he is the biggest. In more ways than the obvious. Switching over to watch CJ.

Once again, play calling sucks.

That RB #21 is pretty darn good. Wish we had him.

We get the ball first in the second half. Do we get a first down or 3 and out?

Draft Bo Nix if he is available in the 2nd. I doubt he will be.

Garret Bolles is probably the best available.

Stroud looks like a seasoned vet. Wouldn’t look any better than Bryce with our trash. IMHO Has a plethora of playmakers. That catch made by Noah Brown was the same pass Mingo dropped.

I think Tepper DOES listen to his advisor. Her name is Nicole.

My point is if we DID have Olave or someone of his caliber Bryce would not have given him the chance so we would never know. How was I comparing receivers?

Was Olave open on that beauty for l catch along the sideline? He was NFL open. Bryce would have never thrown that ball because the receiver “wasn’t open”.

I have no idea what guess as far as a score. I’ll go with 21-17 and unfortunately we lose. However, at the post game press conference I think it’s a pretty safe bet we hear the following: 1. We did some good things, but… 2. They’ll have to watch the tape, and 3. We still have work to do…and remember 4. It’s all part of the process and we’re on track.

I realize that we have not been a very good team for a while, trust me, I’ve suffered through every minute of it. My point is that there is normally a considerable difference in team quality between the 9th pick and the 1st. Not saying that is the case with us this year. On paper, at the time of the draft, Bryce was going to a team with a solid O Line, top 15 defense, proven veteran talent at TE and WR, a 2nd round rookie talent at WR and an all star coaching staff. This is not the normal situation for a #1 overall pick at QB. Unfortunately, it hasn’t panned out like we would have hoped and our team is currently mired in dysfunction and it appears the pain is destined to continue. I truly hope I am wrong.

No 1 overall picks normally go to very bad teams. We traded up to the spot, we didn’t earn it. Bryce was supposedly going to a much better team than the average 1st overall pick, and that is probably true. However, the apparent dysfunction within the organization certainly seems to lead one to believe that we are no where near ready for game 1. Our focus will be on a “learning” experience and to not get Bryce hurt. Post game presser we will be reminded that it’s all part of the “process”.

10-7 wins the division??? I don’t think so. Have you seen the Aint’s schedule? I highly doubt they lose 8 games. Just being real. I hope you are correct though.
