Fair being fair. Bryce has played clean football thus far. Coker is young, but he’s gotta make that catch. It changed the complexion of the half.

Horn has the heart of a damn lion. A cornerback booking it over to back his boys?! Say what you will about ‘smart’ football… we’re a 2 win team, y’all. Right now, building a team culture and attitude trumps everything. It is now ABUNDANTLY clear who the leader of our defense truly is.
-
I just rewatched. He was the second player to get there from the sideline.
-
I love Horn, y’all. That’s my dude. Sign him, Dan.
-
Coker is THAT DUDE. Dan, for real?

Bryce stat line today: 305 yds, 3 TDs, 3 picks. Hey why not? I was 5 yards off last week.

I’m expecting an ATL like game from Brian. He has shown he can turn it on when he wants.

Luke trained every day in the offseason. 88 and 58 showed him. You hear it time and time again from our greats in how this person showed how to be a Professional.’ He even said as much in his Dale Jr. interview. He made time to fish and hunt but he ate, slept and dreamed football. I don’t know why it took Andy. Hell, it might be that Andy is the only one who has been nice to him. encouraging. I can see legitimacy in an argument that the team rejected him from the beginning. Rag me, but there may be something to that, or maybe he got on some meds, or had his changed around some. The right head meds can turn someone’s life around. Watching that dude walk the sidelines, slapping hands with teammates… it was very different. Does he have ‘it’. I’ve yet to see it. 98% sure that’s gonna be a no from me, dawg.

This. Honest introspection on his behalf would have seen that size and strength were his biggest weaknesses. He looks no different. With the programs in the NFL, he could have come back to camp 10 lbs of muscle heavier. Easily. If had done so, it would have been reported on. It would have been the hottest story…. But we never saw anything of the sort, so it probably never happened. He showed improvement this last game, likely from Andy’s tutelage. He has to show something VERY special to close the season out to change my thinking on him… like 4 game winning streak with a clutch 4th quarter comeback. Then maybe.

With Dan Morgan, I don’t see this team trying to get cute or gimmicky talent, and I especially don’t see him REACHING for gimmicky tweeners. Football Players If he can get guys in his image, we’ll be rolling. I also don’t subscribe to the multi year plan to rebuild. If you hit a couple drafts just right…
-
Dawg he is not. A dawg’s goal on game day is to hurt someone’s feelings. That’s not DJ. Now X, I’m telling y’all, that’s a dawg in the making. We have to hear that man mike’d up.

You have been erased.

I hereby bestow a name on Bryce, which shall stand from hence forth: The Terminator
-
Thus far, most of the players that Morgan has fingerprints on have contributed. Several in the draft class and UDFAs are showing potential. I don’t think he has picked up a tweener. I’m cautiously optimistic.

Can We Not Over React to This One Game??
Gapanthersfan replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
The majority of huddlers by and large are fair and objective, even the people that want Bryce out. I don’t see anyone that ‘hates’ Bryce. So fair is fair. Objective. Bryce has been canned ass all season. Saints are terrible, but we are terrible-er. Yesterday he played a clean game. The third and long pickup to XL was the best throw I’ve seen him throw. He looked like he wanted to play. He walked the sidelines and engaged teammates. His decision making was improved. His lack of arm strength was apparent on a few throws yesterday, some passes should have been picked. All QBs have those, so ok. His long throws were better but need more oomph. I think Andy has been very good for him. Bryce is still a galaxy away from what we need, but yesterday was a big improvement. -
We cut off your Johnson, Lebowski

Agreed on the internal stuff. The whole team felt looser today. -
Panthers win against the Saints historic

The team played hard from go all the way to the end. It was really nice to see. I have no false ambition but a watchable offensive performance was a very pleasant surprise. -
Was he missed today or was it addition by subtraction?
-
He threw a pseudo-dart to Xl I think for a key first down that was nice. His runs showed more waggle and confidence He had some near picks but all QBs do. Overall a clean game and he appeared more calm and confident. His calls at the line seemed correct. He roamed the sideline and engaged his teammates. Fair is fair, and today he showed some good play. Yes, it was the saints, but this is a better look than any of his other games this year. Im far, far from convinced of his ability to be a franchise QB but I’ll ride the ride for now.
-
My optimism lies in the fact that Dan knows what a football player who loves the game looks like.

Congratulations to former Panthers RB Deshaun Foster

Rhule strikes me as the grown man who shops at buckle and wears Abercrombie cologne. What is it with T hiring narcissists but insisting at the same time that he is the lead dog? -
UGA is a very difficult watch.

#90, Stephiylan Green on Clemson. Another local product. I know him well. They have him at DT, but he played DE in HS. He’s beasting tonight. He’s put on tons of weight but his speed and power is something. He’s put guys on roller skates all night. It’ll be fun to watch him develop.

I love Seller’s game. Dude is a baller.
