He was active and played when he'd just arrived here basically being coached into how to line up from the sidelines. I don't know what's up, but something isn't going right.
-
If there was he would've been listed as out due to injury decision. There was no injury designation. There's no mental gymanstics to engage in here. The coaches chose not to have him on the active roster today and it wasn't due to injury.
-
He wasn't that good. I don't care about trading Dan Arnold but I'm not sure about trading a 3rd for a guy who can't get a jersey.
-
Hhe was a limited practice participant until Friday when he was a full participant and then he was inactive today with no injury designation. His roster status wasn't related to injury. It was a coach's decision.

Where are you at in the Elizabeth Kubler-Ross stage of grief

Yeah, 7ish wins. -

Not on it. This is expected. 7-9ish is always about what I expected and that's how we're trending. -
Better than Darnold is a pretty damn low bar.

He. Didn't. Have. An. Injury. Designation.

Just seems to me like very different skillsets. The majority of college coaching is A) recruiting and B) motivating. NFL coaching is about scheming and game planning. Every roster has talent, some more so than others but you don't see any mismatches on Sundays like top 5 college teams enjoy virtually every Saturday.
-
Well, we traded three picks for a colorblind QB and two more for CBs that aren't suiting up. It adds up.
-
Yeah, I was confused by the NFL hype. I figured he was coaching himself into position to get a shot at a legit powerhouse or borderline powerhouse but I really didn't see him getting a shot at the NFL when he hadn't even shown an ability to beat good college teams.
-
Not good enough to beat actual ranked teams. I crunched the numbers one time. He had an UGLY record vs. ranked teams. His only two wins coming at Temple against perennial powerhouses Navy and ECU that dropped from the rankings to never return after losing to Temple.

Someone get Fitts on the mic and see if he still wants to talk about the playoffs.

Some of you fans after a loss be like

That'd be three losses in a row, good sir. -
Coach's decision DNP

Shiiiiiiiiiiit... if I had that contract is be over on the sidelines like Hey coach, we're losing. Oh, sorry Now back to

Awesome.

What the last season and a half has taught me is that this team is completely reliant on CMC. Yeah, he's great but if losing a RB derails your entire team that's a huge red flag.
-
6 INTs in his last two games now. He's on the Darnold trend.

It's not college. You can't just recruit and motivate your way to wins.

Sam Howell may not yet be out of reach after all.
-
Sam threw a few hospital balls today. DJ was lucky to have dropped one. It was a 3rd and 15 and he would've caught it about 5 yards short of the sticks and would've gotten decked had he reeled it in.

Yep. In hindsight, it's very obvious who the brains were in the Rivera era and they're all up in Buffalo now looking like the best team in football.
