    Sam has gotten exposed pretty badly without CMC. CMC IS the offense. We're every bit as reliant on one player on offense as we were during the Cam era.

    We are who we thought we were. The D is greatly improved overall, but the '85 Bears D couldn't drag this offense across the finish line, especially when Sam throws three picks.

    The big concern is that when he actually does get time that's when he's at his worst.

    No, I'm really not. Unlike some of y'all, I'm happy to be wrong if it benefits the Panthers. I was really starting to believe that Darnold might be able to be rebuilt. That dream died today.

    They were BADLY wrong. Unfortunately, it's starting to look like I was right about Darnold too. Just when I was starting to believe that I might have been wrong.
