    Gonna be interesting to see if Jayden Daniels can replicate Joe Burrows success as an older one year wonder or if he ends up like pretty much all the rest of the older one year wonders. Playing as a man amongst boys is a huge advantage.

    Not even sure I'd call it mental fortitude. Hell, at least Darnold would still sling it and give you a chance. Bryce just went ultra conservative after he turned it over a couple of times.

    Height is just the low hanging fruit for the jokes. He was throwing to wide ass open guys at Bama against college secondaries. There were plenty of downfield accuracy concerns in his college play. All this talk of "process"... I'm having Rhule flashbacks.

    Height is just a part of Bryce's physical concerns. Wilson had a cannon of an arm. Brees had a decent arm with some of the best accuracy of all times. Bryce has one of the weakest arms in the league and his accuracy looked run of the mill last year. That's gonna be a really tough row to hoe.

    For some reason a lot of people think that wearing sunglasses inside makes them look cool when everyone else is actually thinking "why is that idiot wearing sunglasses inside?" Unfortunately, we gave up a LOT more than just this year's #1 overall. Is pointing out that the trade very likely made us substantially worse supposed to make me feel better? LOL

    I'd be shocked as hell is Bowers was available in the late 1st. If he falls out of the top 15. All the WR talent might push him out of the top 10. He'd be a top 10 lock in most drafts.

    They should be. The track record of these older one year wonders is atrocious. You basically have Joe Burrow to the positive and practically everyone else to the negative. You're talking about guys who are the age of most second year and some third year NFL players playing against college kids. You gotta grade them with a curve that reflects that.

    I doubt it. That Bryce trade really put a hurting on our draft capital. We need picks and bodies.

    Agreed. Really good college WR but strikes me as a guy who succeeded largely because he was just physically superior to his competition. That rarely translates at the NFL level. You gotta have some technical soundness to your game or develop it fast.
