The only difference with the team from the previous Sunday was a lot of new starters on offense and defense. Some to trade and some to injury. These backups are hungry and it shows. Wilks got the team motivated to play and that says something about his ability as a head coach. Now don't get me wrong, they caught Tampa with their pants down yesterday. One completion and its a different ballgame. The defense would have kept it close and I say we still win regardless. Get a good lawyer Tom.

This team isn't tanking. They are just a bad team. Accept it.

He needs help on the interior. Brown is better than he's given credit for.

Should have taken it. Well, if it were from a team predicted to draft in the top 15 that is. Burns just doesn't impress me.

No.

It's more of the first but I'll take it.

I'm going to get plastered to celebrate this win. This is twilight zone stuff right here.

What is a 3-4 outside LB worth these days?

Updated Cap for 2023 after the CMC trade……

I would not loose a wink of sleep if they did. It looks to me as if everyone is auditioning for a job. Should be fun to watch the back stabbing and infighting amongst the staff from a voyeuristic train wreck kinda way. The only think will be worth watching is the players reaction to the turn of events. I wonder whether any of the young guys will respond to this as a chance to establish themselves or will they pack it up and quit. -
Not if he was told that this was a possibility when he took the job. He's a big boy and he knew full well what he was staring down the barrel of. He was in the building while it was burning to witness it all. No, he signed up for this so he knows or should've known the score.

It will be a wash in the end. CMC wanted out and Fitterer got the best he could get for the team. Win/win for both parties. Feelings are hurt, but it's part of the business when a star is stuck on a shitty team.

Like I said, he has better advisors this time around. After the last embarrassment I'm certain he we get better advice.
-
I'm hoping he will listen to smarter people this time.

You are assuming the team as constructed will be what is fielded next season. It will not.
