  1. after Week 4- same for Jackson and Brooks.
  2. Dude has 1 sack, but really has been missing other than that.
  3. This may be an unpopular take, but with how this is circulating the media- I think the most healthy thing for the organization is to get Bryce out of here as soon as possible. I think for the sake of the team, it's best to off load him to anyone that will take him for a low pick. I don't believe it will be the heathiest outcome for him or the team to keep him wondering around the locker room, sideline, and QB room with that sad look on his face (It is going to have to be awkward). I say you give the kid a change of scenery for his benefit, and move forward now. It also takes away the constant camera shots of him sitting on the sideline and media narratives of him possibly coming back in later. Tear off the band-aid. They can backfill the 2nd QB spot with whomever, a vet, another young guy, Plummer, etc. Let the team and Bryce both move forward. A few people to look at bringing in: Russell Wilson (Only see this happening if Andy gets hurt- looks like he lost the job in Pittsburgh- injury or not). Canales/Morgan connection. Sam Howell (Some rumors that Seattle is open to dealing him) Jack Plummer (Showed flashes in the Pre-Season) Blaine Gabbert (Free Agent) PJ Walker (Free Agent) Bailey Zappe (KC Practice Squad) Jaren Hall (SEA Practice Squad) Mike White (BUF Practice Squad) John Wolford (Free Agent) Was already worked out a few weeks ago.
  4. Him playing will lose trade value. I think if we are eliminated from the playoffs they start Plummer and see if he can develop into a back up QB.
  5. I misread and clicked the wrong one. Let me put it this way. I think he has started his last game for the Panthers. I think the Panthers are finished with him after this season. Now, if Dalton goes down and Bryce is active for that game then he goes in. However, I think they bring somebody else in or let Plummer start down the line if it's planned.
  6. Apparently Pierce was caught off guard learning that Dalton will start. "I got to go back to the drawing boards wasn't prepared for that one," said Pierce. Video in article. https://athlonsports.com/nfl/raiders-today/antonio-pierce-has-blunt-response-after-learning-bryce-young-was-benched
  7. Man, I would just use the draft and FA to fill the countless holes that we have and get some depth. This roster has nothing to offer a rookie QB right now. Get a veteran until we figure it out. Canales seems to have good resume working with veteran QBs. Maybe draft a mid-round guy to develop but until we fix key positions on this roster and get some depth, we are going to set up young QBs to fail.
  8. Good news is he is 7 years younger than Testaverde when he started for us. He is also well rested, and seems to be excited to have the opportunity.
  9. Yeah I think this is going to be the same thing that Wilks did with Darnold. Run the ball heavy with the RBs and new OL and use Dalton to hit them deep on the play action. Canales was very PA heavy in TB last year.
  10. I don’t know. I will be interested to see if this change motivates the team at all. Maybe guys will play harder and have more energy after the change. Completely possible they play the same, who knows
  11. Betting line has went from Raiders -7.5 to Raiders -5.5 in about 24 hours.
  12. Dude, I'm just happy we might see a 20 yard pass.
  13. Yeah, I've wanted to say this since week 1 but now we have reason to.
  14. Being "shocked" at the decision is clear sign he was not getting appropriate feedback this whole time. When you're given "good jobs" and "atta boys" then have the rug pulled out from you, you become shocked.
  15. I like Ewers, Ward, and Allar. I'll pass on Sanders and Beck. I don't think Dillon Gabriel is 1st round talent.
  16. Jack Plummer enters the chat.. Or you know a guy from from Pittsburgh who may have lost his starting job this weekend.
  17. I'm not so sure it wasn't the other way lol. Canales said yesterday the QB is Bryce. Then this happens following the supposed "monday meeting"
  18. If he were waived, I think he would make it through waivers. I also don't know that anyone would pick him up longer than just to kick the tires.
  19. 7 of those belong to Rivera during Tepper's first season. So really it's 24-61.
  20. I would have just put Bryce's 2-17 record up there.
  21. I've been a fan for a long time. I was young the first few seasons but still kept up with the team distantly. Didn't really become a "die-hard" until probably 99/00 or so. I have never seen the team go through a rut like this or have this level of hopelessness season to season. I guess this is what some of the other franchises went through. I think we will eventually figure it out, I don't know if that 3, 5, or 10 years from now- but eventually the tide will turn. It's hard to be a fan right now, and like I have told people: If your mental health can't take the strain, do yourself a favor and just come back later. If you don't have the money don't waste your money on gear, tickets, etc. Do it when you can. If you have other things that are more important, focus your time and energy on those things, the Panthers will still be here. There is a very large portion of our fanbase that used to pack BOA stadium that is lying dormant right now because of one of the three points above.
