  1. Sir, this is The Huddle. We are always wrong, take zero accountability and remember none of it. All you have done here is created a new thread that will eventually evolve into the subject of Bryce Young or Tepper being a bad owner.
  2. Only concerns I’ve had with TMAC is there have been a few plays here and there where I felt like he could have done a little more to finish the catch or extend. But he’s probably just trying not to shatter on that concrete grass at BOA. XL on the other hand has real Laviska Shenault vibes
  3. When I get time I’ll go back and pull his game by game stats going back to 2023. There is literally zero improvement. None. It’s the same player under Reich as now. He is permanently locked into this 1 TD, 1INT, 1 Fumb, 160ish yards, 5ypa average in perpetuity. Literally right now his YPA is the same as 2023 which is 5.5. I think he finished last year with 6.4 which is still horrendous.
  4. If he doesn’t poo his pants and drop the ball like a terrified worm or throw a horrible ball across the middle a few plays later that is intercepted. He doesn’t have to make those “clutch” throws at the end of the game. Should have beat the dolphins by 2 TDs but instead the whole team was helping him clean his own mess up. He’s the reason we lost to Arizona. Everyone praised his 2nd half but failed to realize all of his turnovers that got us behind in the first place. So yeah, if he had not poo the bed in the first quarter, we wouldn’t have been reliant on those throws because we would have been running the clock out the entire 4th quarter.
  5. Where is this Tepper’s fault? Did he come down and tear down the sign and piss on it? He probably had zero clue it happened and some random stadium worker was trying to be difficult for whatever reason. I doubt he even knows the name of the stadium worker. Bad owner, yes. But y’all give him too much credit for all these different ways he’s impacting the franchise, I highly doubt he is that clever to find a new way everyday to torment fans. He’s barely been around from what I can tell since the end of 2023. Y’all have got to stop turning him into the bogeyman, like he’s pacing backing in forth in his office in BOA thinking of new ways to torture the fair weather fans of the Carolina Panthers night and day. He is just not a very good owner.
  6. I don’t know where you have been but we have been garbage for going on a decade now. We rock bottomed in 2023 and last year clawed back up to 5 wins. This year maybe 1 or 2 more. Going for the big season when you’re a 5 win team is how we got in this mess. It’s going to take time and little things like this along the way are good things. Literally everything has improved from 23 to 24 to 25. Evero’s defense is in the top half in all categories, we are top half of league in rushing yards, the only thing that hasn’t gotten better is the passing game and my guess is that gets resolved at the end of the season if not before. Yeah we did show improvement, the team from the last 5-7 years would have quit and lost that game Sunday.
  7. These people get paid to watch no football and have complete stupid write-ups. I have been Evero’s biggest critic since he came here and yesterday was one of his best games. 19 yards rushing? Dave actually committed to the run, and that’s bad? Dud#1- Bryce Young because any average QB wouldn’t turn the ball over at the mere sight of a defender and we probably would have won the game by 2 TDs without his dumbass turnovers. Dud#2-Tim Weaver for writing such a shitty article.
  8. -R.Dowdle right guard to CAR 35 for 11 yards (D.Trader). -(Shotgun) R.Dowdle right tackle to CAR 44 for 14 yards (J.Brooks; I.Melifonwu). -(Shotgun) R.Dowdle left end pushed ob at MIA 7 for 7 yards (M.Fitzpatrick) -(Shotgun) R.Dowdle right tackle to CAR 49 for 25 yards (M.Fitzpatrick) -Ji.Horn left end ran ob at MIA 46 for 5 yards (J.Jones) -(Shotgun) R.Dowdle right tackle to MIA 31 for 7 yards (T.Dodson; J.Brooks) -R.Dowdle right end to MIA 17 for 53 yards (M.Fitzpatrick). -Ji.Horn right end to CAR 25 for 5 yards (M.Fitzpatrick). -R.Dowdle right guard to MIA 32 for 43 yards (M.Fitzpatrick -(Shotgun) R.Dowdle up the middle to MIA 27 for 5 yards (K.Britt; J.Brooks). -R.Dowdle up the middle to CAR 33 for 16 yards (I.Melifonwu; A.Davis).PENALTY on MIA-Z.Sieler, Defensive Holding, 5 yards, enforced at CAR 33. -T.Etienne left tackle to MIA 33 for 5 yards (I.Melifonwu; M.Fitzpatrick -T.Etienne left tackle to MIA 4 for 12 yards (R.Douglas, K.Britt). Imagine complaining about this after the last few years
  9. I can’t remember the last time we had one, maybe Chuba or Foreman? https://www.nfl.com/voting/air-and-ground/
  10. Going to be tons of Dallas Cowboys Wal-Mart merch in the stands Sunday
  11. According to Raiders fans, Carroll is pissing a lot of players off and the locker room is toxic. Makes you wonder if this was connected to that. Also makes you wonder if true, is the problem Carroll who is out of his element, or the Raiders with decades of toxicity in the organization Carroll is trying to fix.
  12. I know just wishful thinking. I don’t think Tepper will put grass in unless it’s part of the CBA. Or builds a site specifically for Charlotte FC that is also better suited and modernized for concerts.
  13. I agree, I think QB and LB. Maybe the next year more skill guys. He has said before he believes in building teams from the inside out.
  14. I mean, I don’t have a lot of faith it’s ever coming back, but a dedicated indoor venue may decrease some of the wear and tear. If only we could get the soccer team to get their own place.
  15. Their defense is on track to be worse than ours last year. Their run D is in the bottom half but their pass D is horrible. 32nd overall D, 32nd passD, 23rd rush D We are going to have to throw the ball against them, which means down field where they are vulnerable. Problem is Turnover Fred struggles to push the ball down the field and we have the 26th ranked pass offense. Running will help but will have to beat them through the air. On the flip side, Dallas’ offense is awesome. 1st overall, 3rd pass, 8th run. But Evero’s defense is ranked 12th right now with the pass D around 10th and rush D around 14th. If we can take care of the football (looking at Bryce) and we make plays down the field (also looking at Bryce) we can win, yes.
  16. If you can’t tell the team has improved from last year to this year, it’s apparent you don’t watch games. The only thing that hasn’t improved is the QB who had statistically been the same since 2023.
  17. If he doesn’t turn the ball over, he doesn’t need to make those throws.
  18. I watched: -a FA Dan picked up run for 200 yards -His 1st round draft pick go over 350 yards for the season -His 2nd round pick have a 90 pff grade this week -Jimmy Horn catch a clutch pass on 4th and long -Mitchell Evans score a TD to win a game and right now the defense has went from 32nd last year to 12th. The only thing that hasn’t improved is the passing game…. I think Dan is okay at the moment
  19. If only we had a way to pass the ball down the field. Also, seems like Evero is getting his poo together, finally. Panthers Offense Total Offense: 21st Pass Offense: 26th* Rush Offense: 10th Cowboys Defense Total Defense: 32nd Pass Defense: 32nd* Rush Defense: 23rd Cowboys Offense Total Offense: 1st Pass Offense: 3rd Rush Offense: 8th Panthers Defense Total Defense: 12th Pass Defense: 10th Rush Defense: 14th Turnover Differential Panthers: -3 Dolphins: -3
  20. Really. Then why doesn’t Andy Dalton ever have that problem? Why does he literally double Bryce’s YPA every time he plays?
  21. Not really, they had the 21st ranked pass defense going into the game. They also didn’t have an interception all year until Bryce threw them one. Passing offense is the weakest category in Team Stats for the Panthers. EDIT: I just verified and yes, the Panthers have the 26th ranked pass offense which is their worst ranking.
