Well....we can make fun of JR all we want and rightfully so but I would 100% believe that someone there didn't actually know what a pie chart was. If that person was Peyton Manning that wouldn't surprise me either. While a lot of the head of the players are smart people there are most definitely a lot of people involved in that who are not the brightest bulb we got shining here.

I could get more info Like a usual guy I don't really care or ask her questions about the drama poo to be real with you. There were things she was looking at herself when she was only a server that I could respond with when she gets home. There was something else I just forgot what it was, a long time ago she was just like "at least pretend like you're listening that's all I want is to vent" b/c I used to just say to her I don't care about that drama poo and didn't get into it. Now I hear the drama poo but I am not really listening and 18 years going that is what my woman wants at least. This is the stuff that is mixed in with the usual drama when there are all female managers and you can come at me whoever you are that reads this with that sexist bullshit but you'd just be displaying your own ignorance as no one admits to it more than the actual women themselves. They know it's drama, you know it's drama, and I know it's drama. I just am an ear piece for it for her but took away some of that potentially odd stuff that could be illegal if she is the manager.

That would be up to the NFLPA yea? I haven't been following them or w/e but I wonder if they are helping with the Watson situation or have commented on it.

There are details left out for sure because I don't know the tip rate they are actually using and neither does she. This place is looking shady atm which is what got my wifes attention in the first place. They promoted her b/c she is the best worker there and the other manager quit. poo like the GM keeps the petty cash in her purse and doesn't use a log or a safe for that poo... Standard pay is what is owed to those people not other peoples earnings in this poo system. That is a/the problem. The whole tip system is poo.

Love him or hate him....he's spot on. Steve Smith

I took it as just a saying. Even if the saying isn't used properly a lot of the time. But yea I don't think anyone hates Smitty. -
Agreed and you can tell Snake is one of those people. "Serve me bitch I had to wait one whole minute on my drank to be refilled" *throws a dime on the floor* Also a lot of the servers that do end up serving poorly do so because they just got 3 tables in a row of no tips or 2 bucks to go along with their TWO DOLLAR HOURLY WAGE(can't forget that beastly fact) I worked in customer service(not food) while using my GI Bill to get my BA in Computer Engineering and had to deal with POS MFers and understand completely how the American customer is. Then the stories from the store...easy to see how people get jaded and have a anti person disposition. I say American customer b/c when I was stationed in Japan it wasn't even close to being like that.

I doubt anyone would come out and say it...one person on ESPN one time said they got Scott Mitchell injured on purpose by not blocking. That guy kinda disappeared and wasn't on there anymore so I'm assuming people didn't like that admission. Literally nothing could be done to stop it or even find it out though if the person did it intelligently and never said anything to anyone about it.

No I had no idea they paid 2 bucks an hour to servers it's a yuge secret. Some people don't tip no matter what so your comment is moronic. Matter of fact lots more people don't tip or tip a couple of dollars. To reverse your stupid comment. If you are good at your job you should be rewarded - But since the laws around this are idiotic you don't usually get back what you put out. Funny how the rest of the world manages to move forward through time just fine without the idiotic and anti worker idea of tips.
-
That was the total tipout for a week. Not a day. If you made $1,000 before tax and they tip out your $200 That's 20% of your check tipped out before taxes, then taxes come in. She worked 5 days, that's a day worked for free. Not sure what you are confused about honestly.
-
You come out of the game as injured whether it's true or not. Bit hard for them to argue that you don't have severe headache after taking a hit. Everyone knows the situation in there. A lot of teammates being of the ethnicity they are understand the situation and all that inmates talk. OFC a lot of others won't but no one can tell you you're throwing it out of bounds on purpose etc. You'd play like normal just aww shuxing it up.
-
Sure right up until Watson yeets the ball out of bounds on every critical play. Or "fumbles" the ball backward when it seems they may win a game. There is a reason this type of situation never ends up playing out with star QBs or Star Lebron Jameses etc.

Mostly CC these days though.

Nothing stops the NFL from colluding as well so long as it don't get out hah. I agree with kungfoodude too about organized labor. The history of it is tainted as well intentioned as it/sounds...thanks organized crime. OFC lots of businesses operate in what should be an illegal way as well like those tip payouts for waiter/waitresses and the tip as a main income itself. My wife is a manager at a restaurant(not the GM) and had a waitress tip out 200 dollars last week so she basically worked a day for free as that's around a good days of tips. Needless to say she put in her two week notice and my wife looked into the legality of it and it is perfectly legal as it doesn't sit well with my wife either who came up as a waitress as well.

Could we be sleeping on Mac Jones? Charlie Weiss says YES.

Hey now it was a real rivalry back in nineteen tickety two for our Boomer fans. Like any great team we have to get beat by some random ass scrub team or it's not a legit arrival. -

TBH, as a Clemson fan he is a little overrated. I have no issue being real. He often goes on streaks where he misses badly and in a lot of our big games the WR made sick ass catches from bad passes. Everyone is ignoring that because his ceiling actually is that of Manning/Elway/Luck but he isn't a sure thing just like no one is. -

Our Rivalry used to be an every year thing and Auburn burned us up for most of it but I feel a bit of that 0-4 since 2011 salt coming out in this post Tiger! haha I'm sure it has nothing to do with that -
Frank Okam promoted to DL Coach, assistant Pot Roast added
Fox007 replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Looks like they are also giving younger guys a shot which is fantastic honestly. You see a lot of teams go with the Boomer Buddies. I really love the idea of what they said with trying to have a "start up mentality" and since I work in Software Engineering I know exactly what they mean and we have that same process in place. We'd rather hire someone who is a culture fit over an impressive resume with an unimpressive attitude. This does lead to hiring less experienced people but if they pass all the 4 interviews you know they will be the type of person who can be taught up and learn along the way. It's much harder to teach someone to not be a douchebag/asshole/sexual harasser/etc. -
That is actually funny. Ultimately though JRs side won/will win as 17 games is going to happen and then 18 later on. The players need a bigger roster and another Bye week. Matter of fact they need another bye week now anyway. They also need to up the active roster by at least 3 players IMO to have the specialists not take up valuable backup O/D line spots.

He is usually slated as the 5th best QB and 5 QBs probably will go so you're probably right. The second will have guys like Trask, Newman, Mond, Mills, etc. Don't know enough about those to say if we should get them in the second and pick the LT at 8. Something tells me this FO wants a bigger/better name than those but we'll see. -

That is my take on Jones as well. Good value at our second pick, especially if we got a LT at #8 -

I actually forgot about that. I haven't been keeping up with literally everything like I used to. "When is Tua going to come out" - injured literally right after. OOOOFFFFF
