    I finally got paid... So they wanted to move in today and I said no money no moving in. Apparently attorney just got money today in escrow account... have no clue why they told me they got money on Friday.

    Yea, Charlotte. Now I got an email from buyers agent saying that money was sent by loan company to attorneys today but attorney told me they got money the money on Friday and there is a line at deeds office. Some funky poo going on. Did I say that buyer, lawyer and buyers agent are all Indian and know each other?

    Also not sold today. Attorney said the county is backed up. Buyers are begging to move in. I said no.

    Thats awesome! We currently building 5k sqft home and it should be done in July. I’ll post some pictures as it’s coming along. We went under contract last October so timed it perfectly.
