as for young, Sean is 48 Wilks is 53 Wilks knows what needs to be done he knows he needs a brilliant OC and he knows that’s not his specialty but he knew enough to make the OC do what needed to be done with the team he inherited He also knew Foreman needed touches he wasn’t getting when Rhule was here what I really like about him is if you are one the 53 man squad, you are going to participate and he did what needed to be done with Robbie last year while he was with the Cardinals, he wanted the right QBs in the draft the GM disagreed the man is no dummy my point is simply I do not believe that every defensive coach is Ron Rivera or every offensive coach is Shanahan if these players continue to play for Wilks, he has earned that job and if Tepper is smart, he will focus on the planned improvements in detail for the next 3 years I do not believe he did that with Rhule as hard as it to believe
