Yeah, they lighten up on the creepy zombies a bit. That said, the first two Eps set the stage for the zombie fungus apocalypse and the two main characters. Ep4(last night) was more focused on the human drama surrounding the main characters than the zombies. In fact, they only briefly hinted at the zombies and instead showed how people in this world deal with strangers/others. The preview for next week(ep5) looks like it'll be a mixture of the human drama and monsters.

That's college football's influence on the NFL once again. That's happening a lot more in college games, especially close to midfield. I guess the thought is that if you fail to convert it's no different than the opposing team returning a punt to the same point.

Enjoyed the ep and how it shows Joel's and Ellie's relationship starting to thaw through lame jokes. The magazine bit was great stuff, especially the stuck pages joke. I didn't like how they shorted 15 minutes to make up for last week's ep running long. Another thing I don't like is the GOT style opening graphics.

The Panthers draft their QB and then enough linemen to run the NFL's first true Super Jumbo Offense. The linemen form a circle around the QB and escort him down the field like he's a VIP. Joking aside, the QBs were gone this time. So, I made some trades.

That was supposed to be the point of hiring Mitch. Since they're friends, Mitch was supposed to have MJ's respect and be able to say no to him. Guess that wasn't true.

If you're choosing between the two because of potential, I'd have to go with Richardson because of age. He has less wear and injuries than Levis.

Both will probably be gone in a couple years. Scheyer might get 3 years.
