    Clear focus on stopping run. Love it. Try to sign a #2 CB and draft a day 1 edge and that defense gonna look respectable (on paper). I want us to focus on depth. We sorely need that.

    To be fair..having solid depth goes a long way in a long season. I like the signing. Would love a proper #2 CB and starting free safety. Draft D line for first three picks and roll.

    Yeah, I have a feeling Grant is the dark horse of the bunch to have the best career. I wouldn’t be mad if we picked him at 8. Don’t care if he’s “mocked” in 15-20 range. He would fill a need at nose which would impact the rest of defense.

    Right now we need to fill in the roster with starters..then pick up backups. This draft and next draft is too important. We don’t need marquee free agents yet.

    I mean..the middle of our defenses was historically bad. Literally, anyone we bring in has a legit chance at competition. Competition breeds the best out.

    I’m warming up to the idea of drafting Kenneth Grant (round 1) who could be our NT and pick up an Edge in 2nd and FA Edge.

    This. Not having a true NT or OLB is killing us. Personally, I think it’s easier to find 3-4 lineman than 4-3 in a draft. I prefer the 3-4 for that reason only.

    I like the idea of trading back into the mid 1st round while gaining an additional 2nd. Just load up on DT/Edges/S/CB.

    I was mad we lost…which is good, because I haven’t felt much of anything lately watching us play. Team is trending up that’s for sure
