I hope so. Found out I have to work overtime Sunday. (Got to love being in salary and having to work two extra days of overtime). Still I think I'd rather do that than watch. Hopefully we get the win and we somehow get this poo straight.

Reich should have taken a year off before he went back to coaching to recover from irsay. I wish he had.

At least he didn't wait like he did with Rhule. He learned quicker. Of course this quick move is what is gaining Tepper the most criticism from around the league/media.

I just hope he lucks up and finds the right fit for Young and that he can become good, because the alternative is getting stuck in this pit of apathy for another few years.

Except he won't be forcing his new HC to get on the BY train. He'll hire someone who already is on board.... someone who thinks they can do something with him and help him reach his potential. The coach will have some slick speech on how he can make the most of him and Tepper will buy it and then we'll find ourselves looking for a new coach in another 2.5 years.

By the end of the season, the only ones in the building are going to be those who are sold on BY, and you can be sure that whoever is hired as the next HC will be completely sold on him as well, because he won't get hired unless he is. You don't have to like it....you might hate it....but our wagon is hitched to Bryce Young. Might as well get used to it.

Y'all arguing about Cam in all this? C'mon....just let that stuff hang in the past. We've got enough issues now.

Best course of action, considering our draft situation, is to find a HC with a legit plan to make/help Bryce succeed.

I just want wins and I could care less about the bears. And since we're linked with Bryce for a couple more years and we gave up so much for him, I don't see why anyone would want him to anything but succeed....unless being proven right about him is more important than your team winning. I'll just leave it at that.

tepper jumps from one extreme to the other, so someone young that has no HC experience.

he'll be safe for next year. best way of securing an early 1st round pick (unless he miraculously turns it around).

he does seem a bit over sentimental. i can see it.

don't forget the soccer coaches fired mid season. someone doesn't know what they are doing.
