Hardy 911 call

No one know what actually happened but when the caller uses the word" beating" it raises doubt. If GH was beating her she would have had more than a few scratches and bruises. If the caller says GH grabbed her or pushed her down it may be more believable to me and consistent with what the police described.

Both the girl and GH state she was hitting him with her shoes so him grabbing her to restrain her is plausible. It appears some type of struggle took place but not a beat down.

Alcohol plus emotions = quarrels that get out of hand.

Just the fact that Greg put himself  in this position may cost him a long term contract with the Panthers.

I hate that too, because Hardy is entertaining.  One of the points I made when supporting the fact that Gettlemen has not given him a big contract yet was the unpredictable nature of his personality. I think he is on the fast track, and giving him millions may not be anything more than pouring gas on a hot grill.

This year, we shall see.  But you are right--Greg H. put himself in a position.  If the girl was drunk and on cocaine as GH suggested, then why is he with a girl who is drunk and on the powder?  If charges are dropped because he is totally innocent, then there will always be that lingering doubt that he paid his way to innocence.

    • Blowout incoming and the wheels fall off. Parsons will have multiple sacks, prob a FF. Media immediately starts saying the Bryce era is over
    • It's worth noting that we started playing something that looked like football after going down 17-0 against the Dolphins.  Up to that point we had rushed the ball 3 times and Bryce had two turnovers.   Then we ran it 5 straight times with Rico and he started cracking off some big gains and led to our first touchdown.  Another 37 yards of rushing later, Bryce goes 1 yard complete, incomplete, incomplete to get that field goal before halftime.  Then we committed big time to the run in the second half and played some really nice complimentary football.  The Panthers had stumbled on a formula, and it started with Rico being crazy productive.  Something they only learned because Chubba was injured and Bryce started that game so poorly they were forced to lean on Rico. Fast foward to Dallas, they essentially lean into the same game plan against the Cowboys and I think everyone was surprised by how quickly it started to look complimentary.  In my opinion the productive offense really helped the defense as well.  We played quite solid against a top offense. Finally we make our way to the Jets and Bills, Chubba's return.  You can't say the low scoring affair and return to ineffective football against the Jets was all on Chubba, they were indeed a better defense and so was Buffalo.  But the production difference between the two backs in both games was both visually and statistically obvious.  The bigger picture is the offense took a major step back as well.  They are other moving parts and it's isn't all one thing, BY9>Dalton by a decent margin at this point.   But yeah, Rico's vision and athleticism is just better than Chubba and it jumps at you.
