Snyder Field???

Can't tell you how to exactly get there, I know, but can't tell you the streets and stuff to turn on. It's not far from the campus field. I think it's there soccer field or something.

Also, if you are going for autographs, you are wasting you time at that field. If just to watch practice, then you are good to go, but they very rarely sign, and there is really nowhere to get to them like the campus site.

Much smaller, and a lot less room there for fans.

im planning on going to practice tomorrow afternoon and saw that it says its at "snyder field". All the practice i've attended our on the main site...where is snyder field?

Snyder Field is Wofford's soccer stadium.

Here's a map:

http://www.wofford.edu/uploadedFiles/Wofford_map_download.pdf

It's #32, between the Richardson Building (athletics) and the baseball stadium. Try parking in lot P8 on the map, the DuPre lot, and walk around the right side of the Campus Life Building (I don't think they'll let you go through). It may fill up early, though. (P7 is where the players park.)

EDIT/NOTE -- It's #28 on this link: http://www.wofford.edu/map/ but #32 on the PDF version.

electro...thanks for the info!!! I was planning on taking my little cousin, so he could get some autographs....guess we will have to go to the morning practice instead.

No problem man. Not saying you can't get any, but it's not nearly as lucrative as the other field. Been going since the start, and have got very few at that field.

Electro's right ... Snyder is more difficult for autograph seekers.

Paulie -- if your cousin is between the ages of 6-13, he can register to be a Panther Pal on Wednesday and Friday (this week is the last week) at the morning practices. We draw five names, and the kids can each take an adult (16 or older) with them. They get lots of autographs and get to hang out with players after practice, after watching part of practice from field level.

    • There is a Grand Canyon-sized chasm between your opinion and the opinions of most former player hockey guys who do this for a living.
    • I can only imagine the **** eating grins on the committee right now. "Oh, Bama didn't deserve it? Oh, Miami didn't deserve it? Suck it, haters!" lol
    • To say that, is gaslighting, because it isn’t true. I mean, maybe one or two people do that but it isn’t the predominant behavior. Even Frank has given him credit. I think particularly the Rams game. A couple of glowing posts.   I know I have. Gotta be honest about it because if you aren’t it undermines what else you say.  But the degree of how far I go with credit, in terms of it being a projection of future performance? Not very far. Acknowledge it, but require more of it. There is a lot of bad play to offset.    I tried to remain passive while the last 9 games (post ankle injury) played out. It is just really hard when the lows won’t go away. I failed. As high as a couple of those highs were, there isn’t enough.    I know it is premature to just say I want to move on, made my decision after 6 of those games ended up pretty much really good or not good enough, but I have had enough of being patient and letting him show the reality either way.  So in my view, he Could still validate himself to a decent degree if he smokes the last three starts. But also in my view I don’t expect to see it. Maybe one more high quality start, would be my expectation. So yes he could still somehow justify having the job next year. If that happened I still wouldn’t have much faith given the last three years and all that has transpired. Again, there is a lot of bad play to offset.
