Yup Yup

This game may not be the gimme and stomp out many fans here think it will be (is it every that way, really).

It may be a shoot out!!

It certainly may be closer than many are predicting (7-14 point win) but it will absolutely not be a shootout.

No chance Pit scores more than 20.  Very likely they have less than that.  Only weapon is Brown and Bell.

If D plays well , the only chance they score more than 14 is if they get some big punt returns.  Our punt coverage team looked terrible, so this isn't too far fetched.

Still think we hold them to less than 2 TDs.

Ohhhhhhh Kay. From your lips to gods ears. Lol.

And trust me. I want the Panthers to win 30-14, and they very well can. No doubt!

However, if everyone (including the Panthers) thinks this going to be a blow out; it usually isn't.

As it's been proven a myriad of times; logic, or conventional wisdom, doesn't always make an NFL result.

Panthers gotta stay on top of things. And Rivera's gotta still take no prisoners against the Steelers.

Remember, Pittsburgh and Tomlin's got something to prove.

I posted this in the prediction thread but since we have so many degenerate gamblers here, I thought it deserves its own thread.  I'll make a post every week so you lazy fugs won't have to google it yourself.

O/U is 40.5

Carolina - 3.5

Give me the under and Carolina.

23-13 Final.

I'll take 30% of all winnings and no share of the debt if you lose.

I think we blow them out.

    • After last season, it was the same question. And the answer most people came to was "If he doesn't make the playoffs, he's gone." He made the playoffs. No matter how it was done, we made it to the playoffs. He's safe. He's going to have a chance to keep working this out, even if next season isn't a playoff one.  I think we'll do better next year than we did this season. There's something being built here.
    • The NBA is a very fickle league. Kon is one of the hottest rookies in years and beyond just his play on the court he is a very steady competitor and that translates to the rest of the team. That has been a glaring absence with the culture of this franchise through the bulk of the LaMelo Ball years that's just being completely blunt and realistic. The enigma of LaMelo Ball is he is entering year 6 and still either red hot or ice cold. We need him to find that sweet spot. Logic dictates the Hornets will want to see this core again next year. But the clock is beyond ticking at this point. It's put up or shut up. Especially considering what the Thunder managed to do recently. I'm hopeful they can keep these wins rolling in and get some much needed playoff experience under their belts which will help substantially.
    • I think as long as the Panthers are competitive with Canales they should keep him. Pepper needs to repair his/the teams image as a place prized free agents aren't hesitant to consider. Just dont do any crazy poo for a few years.
